Beat VS. Roach Mode once to unlock the Panzerfaust EX with infinite ammo.

Successfully complete Inferno mission 6 to unlock Chris
Redfield with a Linear Launcher with infinite ammunition in dungeon mode.
Increase Partner Level in Arcade Mode
Beat the game once to increase the level to 4. Beat it twice to increase to
level 8.
Unlock Secret Report
Collect all the messages in the levels to get the Secret Report Files. Each
message unlocks one Secret Report.
