Disable active codes
Enter the 2D match view screen. Highlight the "Match View" tab, then quickly
press X(10). If you entered the code correctly, the text will turn blue.
Unlimited money:
Enter I'M SKINT as a name.
Non European leagues:
Enter SILLY EUROPEANS as a name
