How to use the cheat code
Begin playing any mission. Pause game play by pressing the Start button. While
paused, press and hold all 4 "shoulder buttons" (R1, R2, L1, and L2). While
holding the 4 shoulder buttons down, press Triangle, Down, X, Up. Release the
shoulder buttons and un-pause the game by pressing the Start button.
Get 1000 Experience
Begin playing any mission. Pause game play by pressing
the Start button. While paused, press and hold all 4 "shoulder buttons" (R1,
R2, L1, and L2). While holding the 4 shoulder buttons down, press X,
Down, Down, Down
Release the shoulder buttons and un-pause the game by pressing the Start button.
Get level 2 Skills
Begin playing any mission. Pause game play by pressing
the Start button. While paused, press and hold all 4 "shoulder buttons" (R1,

Right, Circle, Right

Get level 3 Skills

Secret Character, Secret Mission, Secret codes
To unlock the secret character Isildur, you must beat
the game with all three characters, Legolas, Aragorn and Gimli.
To unlock secret codes, you must beat the secret mission with Isildur.
Pass the mission before the last one
To win tat mission, you will kill all the guys coming to destroy the door.
Do that until the catapult comes. When it comes leave the door and go attack the
catapult. That has to be done very fast or the door will brake.

First kick him if he's not dead hit with an arrow he will probably be dead.

How to beat troll in Balin's Tomb
On the Balin's tomb level play as Legolas or Aragorn( u can play as Gimli but
you'll have to be patient.) Start fighting the goblins as they come in about
half way through the battle a troll comes in. Arrows( or axes) hurt him but not
very much. Run in and fierce attack. Hop back away from his smashing attack.
Repeat this till it shows a little cut scene of the trolls mace breaking and
your player hopping up to a ledge. A goblin hops up with u take him out and
focus on the troll( there is arrows or axes on the right hand a goblin hops up
when your low on health.) To beat the troll here run around till he attacks.
Then pause and shoot and arrow or throw an axe at him and start running again.
Keep doing this till he drops.
How to beat fangorn forest
Ok this isn't a rather easy map with its deal of goblins and trolls. Once u get
to a big hallow log u will be attacked by a wave of goblins defeat them, go
through the log, a guy with a spear pops out and attacks. Get back and barrage
him with arrows (if Gimli axes). Get past there and u will encounter a troll.
Use arrows or axes as a first hit and quickly run in and do a quick fierce
attack.
Get through that and there is more 1 in a cave and 2 at the end of the level. If
you can do it in 1 try and your a lot better at it than me....
Another Way to Beat Amon Hen Boss
All you have to do is wait for the boss to shoot arrows at you. Just sidestep
them and shoot him a few times. Once he picks up his sword, kill the other orc
and let the boss orc attack you. Once he swings at you just parry his attack and
then kick him ('B' button) he will stumble and be open for attack, repeat this a
few times to beat him.
How to beat The Breached Wall
This level is the hardest level on the game. U have to defend the gate all by
yourself against 300 uruk-hai( with orcs, a cave-troll and catapult.) The
enemies come in waves about 15 in all. This is a hard level for Legolas when he
is facing orcs with shields or any other that make it by u. His archery does
come in handy in this level. The strategy with Legolas is take out as many as u
can at a distance. The hard part is the ones that get by u. Legolas has the
weakest melee attacks of any of the 3 fighters. Worry about making them fall or
breaking their shieds after that it gets a tad easier. If u knock one down don't
worry about him unless he is the only one next to u or the gate. Just knock him
down then take out the others because once u knock them down your halfway to
killin um. A forest troll runs in. Don't fight him near the gate or he'll hit it
sometimes instead of u. once u defeat him a cut scene shows a catapult rollin in
flanked by orcs and uruk-hai. Charge !
full force not stopping to kill all the uruk-hai. head straight for the catapult
and start chopping its armor on the left side till it breaks and just wood is
left. repeat this on front and right side. Watch the gates meter if its running
low use combos to get a perfect to speed through the process. after u see that
the catapults health is gone it explodes and the level is complete.
How to beat The Deeping Wall
This level is extremely difficult. this is good level for u people who use
Legolas for his speed and super bow skills. U start on the right side of the
wall kick down the ladder and run to the left side and do the same. On your
upper right corner of the screen there is a picture of the wall and the little
black dots are ladders that u have to kick down. below there is a little line
that shows either blue, red or yellow when it is in the red the and it starts
flashing for a few seconds it will play a cut scene showing u and your friends
getting killed. ok back to the level the enemies come in wave from now on. a
short cut scene plays and a catapult rolling in. When u start to see berserkers(
like uruk-hai but with a bigger weapon) coming up the wall reinforcements for
your side aren't far behind.
The Deeping Wall: Level Hint
There are 3 parts that you have to complete in the level HELM'S DEEP: THE
DEEPING WALL. In all 3 parts there is a
GPS on the top-right corner of the screen, which shows the walls of Helm's
Deep. Slowly, red dots will appear on the GPS, which indicate ladders that are
being used by the Uruk-Hai. Make your player go to the ladders according to the
GPS and kick them off with the CIRCLE button. In each part you have to do this,
but it takes longer and becomes harder. So don't bother about killing Uruk-Hai.
1st part: takes 2 minutes (few orcs)
2nd part: takes 4 minutes (some orcs and fire tipped arrows)
3rd part: takes 5 minutes (many orcs, fire tipped arrows, and explosives)
Gimli is the best player to use for this level. He easily kills the Uruk-Hai
with the TRIANGLE button. This gives you more time to kick the ladders off.
Killing Cave Trolls easily.
When you are fighting 1 troll, you can easilly kill him TRIANGLE, TRIANGLE.
He'll hit you a lot with his club, but you will kill him before he kills you and
then you can collect his life. But when you are fighting 2 trolls at a time (Fangorn
Forest) you will lose a lot of life and die while killing the second troll. You
will notice that some combos will not work on trolls. The troll will block them
and grab you. You require an upgrade to level 6 in order to do this. Go and
purchase ISILDUR'S DELIVERANCE for Aragorn and Legolas. Go and purchase BALIN'S
DELIVERANCE for Gimli. The combo starts with TRIANGLE. Whenever you hit a troll
with the TRIANGLE button he wont block it. You should kill both the trolls with
TRIANGLE, X, X, TRIANGLE after purchasing the ISILDUR'S and BALIN'S DELIVERANCE.
It is easier and you won't die.
Amon Hen: Level Hint
There are two parts that you have to complete in the level AMON HEN. In the
first part you have to kill a number of Uruk-Hai. The number is located on the
top-right corner of the screen. The more Uruk-Hai you kill, the number decreases
and when it comes to zero, it means that you have completed the first part of
the level. In the second part of the level AMON HEN, you have to kill the boss
of the Uruk-Hai. He will shoot you 3 times with his bow. After the third shot,
he will pause. This pause gives you precious seconds to shoot him back with your
bow. You repeat this step once more, and you will make him angry. He then takes
out his sword. There are grey rocks around you. Stand in front of them and block
with the SQUARE button. The boss will stab the rock. His sword will be stuck in
the rock for 10 seconds. Hit him with your sword. Do this all the time around
the other rocks until you defeat him. There are other Uruk-Hai to destract you
while you are doing this.
Better Level Tip's ( Balin's Tomb and Fa
If you're too far away, they'll throw pieces of wood at you, and arrows don't
work well. Instead, go up and use your fierce attack (Tri) and back up out of
his club reach. Repeat this using your fierce attack once (or twice if your fast
enough) until both are dead. Also, don't worry about the second troll until
you've killed the first. The first one will be blocking it's path and it won't
break through all three wooden logs. And if you do run low on health, there's a
container thing with health to the right after you go through the arch. This
level is kind of neutral so any character works fine
