How to use a grenade, properly
In the hint ''last shots'' it explains how a grenade
explode in 4-7 seconds and you should shoot like crazy in this time,
NO... grenades are for taking out medium sized clusters of enemies
or when in need of a combat aid in tricky situation, first of all
don't chuck a grenade without cooking it unless you are trying to
scatter enemies, second, if you chuck it without ''cooking'' it make
sure the enemies actually scatter before popping out and ''shooting
like crazy'' this way you should avoid being killed.
Remember: grenades create a cloud of smoke which may obscure vision
weakening your combat performance + if you chuck a grenade and it
doesn't block your view it obviously wont have hit its target will
it?
Reload
Some weapons with a long reload animation can be reloaded
faster if the cycle weapon button is pressed right after the reload
button. This cuts the animation to the next weapon in the queue,
reloading the previous weapon and bringing up the next (hopefully
loaded) weapon. By running your weapons in an assembly-line manner,
you can reload one weapon while bringing another to bear on the
enemy.
Unlimited Ammo
At main menu press R1, R2, R2, L2, Square, Triangle, X, Square.

Last shots
It should take about four to seven seconds for a grenade to explode. In that
time, shoot like crazy. For easier aim (unless they directly in front of you),
zoom by pressing R3.
Easy kills
When in possession of either the Helghast assault rifle or the shotgun,
conceal yourself near funnel-points for maximum effect. The shot-spread pattern
is enough to inflict mortal damage on dense groups of opponents. Should the
survivors retreat; chase them with a hand grenade. You can easily knock out
entire "clumps" of opponents using only two actions.
When in possession of the sniper rifle, you can take snapshots at "clumps" of
enemies. The sniper rifle can eliminate multiple opponents that are
"standing-in-line" with a single shot.
Shoot three shells with shotgun
When using the shotgun, it has two modes of fire (regular shoots one shell,
alternate shoots two shells). By pressing both fire buttons, you will shoot
three shells, which in most cases is more useful. Try using this on groups or
stronger enemies.

Multiplayer Tip
When you die, right before you die, throw a grenade, your timing has to be
right. You drop the grenade as you die and it will sit there on your body. Five
seconds later, when your killer gets ammo from you, he blows up. A nifty trick
to get back at the guy who shot you when they search you for ammo.

Sniper pistol:
The sniper pistol is the weapon that Luger uses. Because the sniper rifle
has a horrible red glow, use the sniper pistol instead. It has less power, but
on secondary fire it can take out an enemy with a head-shot.
Control character selection screen:
Press Left Analog-stick Left and Left Analog-stick Right at the character
selection screen to move the portraits in the corresponding direction.
One shot kill:
Hold L1 at any menu screen, then press Circle, Triangle, Circle, Triangle, X
Shotgun 1 hit kill
In Killzone (multiplayer or single), when you have the shotgun and you are
aiming at an enemy, press the primary and secondary fire at the same time. This
will fire three shells at one time, capable of killing an enemy from around
medium distance. Be warned, however. After doing this twice, you have two shells
left, providing less power. This runs your ammo down pretty fast, so try and use
it in places like Park Terminal, where you can usually go short distances for
more shotgun ammo.
Loads of Shotgun Shells:
Go and collect a shotgun but make sure it has more than 8 bullets,
and fire 1 bullet only! Then when you press reload, he will bring the shotgun up then down a little bit to re-load.
As soon as he brings it down a little bit start walking forward and he should load more than one shell.
If he does not and only does a couple more than one, just press re-load and he will load the rest of them.
Then just keep collecting shells and keep re-loading. This will take a few tries, but it'll work when you get the hang of it.
