1st, you have to get a Gold in every race. Then go to the secret shop, where
you'll see hero mode available for 50,000 Orbs
Level select
Highlight the "Extras" option at the main menu, then press Left(11),
Right(7), X to unlock all the levels in Single Mission Replay mode. A sound will
confirm correct code entry.

Connect the PSP game, Daxter to the Jak X: Combat Racing via a USB cable. You’ll
