Fly to any island
To get to any island without completing the game even from the start, get a
nice car (cheetah) type in the flying car cheat(RIGHT,R2,O,R1,L2,DOWN,L1,R1)
then go to one of the locked bridges get a good run up then pedal to the metal
approach the bridge your car will start to fly so press down to rise up into the
air and land on the other side (you might not get it right the first time).

How to find the Helicopter
Near the arena in the "Downtown" district is a condo you can purchase for a safe house ($14000) there are 3 garages for cars and an opening that says Roof Access above the door. There is a Heli pad on the Roof The Helicopter should be there. If it is not there, just leave and come back. This may take a few tries, but it will eventually be back.
Police Helicopter
Go downtown to the police station and stand in front of
the door. Now walk east and you will see a ally. Walk up the stairs and walk up
the ramp and wall. (it might not be their the first time so go back and try

News Helicopter
Go downtown and head towards Prawn Island. Right before
you get to the the beginning of the bridge you will see a building to your left.
There will be an open door go in it and walk up the ramp and there will be a

Honesty has its own rewards
Punching out a fleeing criminal earns a $50 Good
Citizen Bonus, which is more than most people drop. Kicking the downed criminal
earns an additional $50, repeatable until the body disappears. It's easy to make
at least $400-500 from just one criminal. You can do this in full view of the
cops without affecting your wanted level; the cops may even join in, but you
stop earning money if they do.
Destroy the Boat
Can't get in the 2nd island cause you can't destroy the
boat? Well, all you got to do is put in the all weapons cheat, get your bazooka

Big Chop
Pressing and holding Circle while running with a melee
weapon (or empty-handed) causes Tommy to draw back the weapon/fist for extra
strength. Running up to someone with the katana ready to strike results in a
gratuitous decapitation if you are close enough. Experimenting with other melee
weapons will also yield interesting results.
Helicopter/Extra safe house
Near the Arena in Downtown is a condo safe spot you can
purchase for 14,000 dollars. It has 3 garages and a sign that says "roof
access." Go into that entrance and it should take you to the top of the
building. You'll find a helicopter waiting for you up there (if it's not, then
come back a bit later).
Demolition Derby
Wonder what to do with at the Arena? Try visiting at
around 8:00 at night (20:00). You should be able to enter through the front
door. The competition rotates between the Hotring, the Bloodring and a Dirt Bike
Challenge.
Getting the Apache Hunter without getting 100
packages
After beating the mission "Keep your friends close,"
grab a helicopter (Maverick or Sparrow) and fly towards the Army Base. Head
towards the back and land in the only part that's completely inaccessible except
by air, and there should be an Apache.
Money From Parking Meters
Knock over a parking meter for some free cash. There
are a lot of parking meters in Downtown just north of the Hyman Condos

Go to the golf club on a moped. go though the gate. On your right and left
, there will be six guns free.
How to unlock the final 2 missions!
If you are at the part where you just finished the mission: Copland, then you go
back to do another mission at your mansion and the pink light isn't there

1. Brown Thunder vigilante missions:
Collect all 100 hidden packages and go to Fort Baxter Air Base. You can use this
ultimate vehicle to do Brown Thunder vigilante missions.
2. Firefighter missions: Fireproof:
Steal a fire truck and press R3 to start the firefighter missions. Press Circle
to use the firehose to put out burning cars. Get to level 12 to become fireproof
while on foot
3. Pizza missions: Extra health:
Go behind the pizza restaurant near the beach and steal the pizza delivery moped
and press R3 to start the pizza missions. Successfully deliver 55 consecutive
pizzas to increase your maximum health from 100 to 150.
4. Paramedic missions: Unlimited sprint/stamina:
Steal an ambulance and press R3 to start the paramedic missions. Get to level 12
to have unlimited sprint/stamina.
5. Taxi missions: Hydraulics:
Steal a cab and press R3 to start the taxi missions. Carry 100 passengers to get
hydraulics on all taxi-class vehicles.
6. Vigilante missions: Extra armor:
Steal a law enforcement-class vehicle and press R3 to start the vigilante
missions. Get to level 12 to increase your maximum armor from 100 to 150.
7. Northpoint: Grand Theft Auto screens:
In the Northpoint Mall, go into the Tarbrush Cafe. Go behind the counter and
take a look at the registers. You will find screens from the original Grand
Theft Auto.
8. Northpoint: Katana:
In the Northpoint Mall, go into the Tarbrush Cafe. Go into the back room to find
the katana.
9. Northpoint: Easy money:
To get an easy $200 to $300, go to Northpoint Mall and follow a police officer
until he begins chasing someone. Attack that person with your fists (no brass
knuckles -- you gain more money without them) to get $50 for every punch you
throw. Be sure not to hit the police officer.
10. Northpoint: RC Baron Race:
Get in the Toy Fun Van on the top of the parking garage next to the mall to
start the RC Baron Race, in which you will fly RC planes across the island.
11. Northpoint: RC Bandit Race:
Get in the Toy Fun Van near the dirt bike track.
12. Caddy: Drive out of the golfing area:
Enable the "Dodo car" code. Steal a golf cart (Caddy) and drive towards the exit
area (where the view is from a security camera). Instead of going in that area,
go up the grass hill to the left of the stairs. Fly over the house by pressing
Analog-stick Down. Try to avoid the windows which pop out and stop you from
flying. If you make it on the roof, go right or left immediately to avoid the
big pillar then continue down to the street. This may be difficult at first, but
can be done with some practice.
13. Helicopter: Hovering:
Hold L3 while flying a helicopter to hover. This can be used to immediately slow
down while flying fast.
14. Knife:
Go to the alleyway in the south-east corner of the east island (where you start)
to find the knife.
15. Leave car door open:
Exit a car while holding Handbrake. You will not close the door, which can be
useful if you know that you are going to need to get back in quickly.
16. Restore health:
Go to your hideout and go to "Save". Either save or leave without saving and
your health will be restored to full. Note: Your wanted level will not decrease
Robbery
To rob a store, all you have to do is point a gun at them. You have to hold it
for a long timeand the longer you hold it the more money he will give you. The alarm will
sound, and the copswill come, so get the money and get out. (NOTE: you can drive a motorcycle in
the mall, so get a
PCJ 600, and get ready to run.

Two more helicopters
I have found three helicopters. All mavericks. There is a regular one on top
of the Hyman Condo. A swat one on top of the police station nearest the
stadium. And a news chopper on the VCN building. The VCN building does not
have stairs to it, you will need to get to one of the two other helicopters.
Fly it over to the building, land, and then grab it. These helicopters will be
there most of the times, but sometimes they will not be there, if this happens,
just go do something else, like a mission, then go back and see.
Change the Moon's Size
Just shoot the moon with your sniper rifle.
Tactics for Vlamar parts
Tounge of Valmar
This one is simple , stock up on Yomi's elixirs , and wound salves , Then set
every one except Ryudo to AI healing and powering up you do this by going to AI
during combat and Select AI then , go to Manual , edit the Tactics and keep
Ryudo on Manual .
Eye of valmar
Focus your main attacks on the bat's first 'cause they truly mess up the battle
then let loose on the eye , forget the tendrils! Recover every time your HP
drops below 500.(I was on level 32 , w/ Ryudo and the others so I might have
cheated.)
Claws of Valmar
Equip everyone but the Designated healer in the party with the Revival gem ,
you'll come across it in the dungeon. And let loose with ultra powerful attacks
, and recovery spells try weakening it too. I kept poisoning it.
Unlocking The Final Missions
Once You have completed The Tommy Vercetti Crime Ring Mission "Copland", you
will no longer be able to do missions at your house. To Unlock them, you DON'T
have to complete all the "Extra" missions (eg. Avery Carrington, Cubans, Haitans,
Love Fist etc.) Here's how you do it:
Once you have completed the "Shakedown" mission, a whole load of "Asset"
properties will come available. The Asset properties are:
The Malibu, The Pole Position, The Film Studio, The Boatyard, The Ice Cream
Factory, The Print Works, Kauffman Cabs, and Sunshine Auto's. All of these (once
you have done certain tasks), will generate money everyday. You must aquire
SIXTY PERCENT of these properties. Meaning you must get AT LEAST 5 of them. The
ones you MUST buy are the Print Works, and The Malibu.
Once you have bought 60 percent of them, and completed a few specific extra
missions, you'll will get called by the print factory. The final missions begin.
Note: If you buy 60% of the asset properties (including the Malibu and Print
Works), and you don't get called, it means you must complete more of the EXTRA
missions. These are the ones where you work for less-important people in the
game. To give you a hand, these are the MAIN STORY EMPLOYERS. They are the ones
who are not included in the EXTRA category

Free PCJ 600 and Angel
You can get a free Angel by going to the biker bar, and just jacking one. Big
Mitch doesn't care. But for those people that prefer the PCJ 600, there is one
across the street. You may not see it but it is there behind a pane of glass.
You need to take out a gun and shoot the glass, or use a melee weapon to break
it. (NOTE: it is not always there so if it isn't grab an Angel and be
happy.) There is also a PCJ 600 at the docks were The Colonel missions took
place. (it isnt there all the time either so if it isnt, take the cheetah.)

Press the up arrow on the arrow buttons while holding
x. The harder you press x, the higher you will fly. Press R2 or L2 to turn.
To land press square lightly. *If you think that you are good at flying and you
are comfortable with the controls, try this: Fly above a boat. (a couple of feet
above it.) If you are right on top of it, press triangle and you should have
fell into the boat. (Do this with one of those yachts, they are big, so you have
a better chance of landing on it.) This takes a few tries, but it is possible.

purposely lose altitude and keep hovering over the boat. Then when the door of
the chopper is above the boat (so that you can land in the boat) open the door

grow from 100 to 125. Your pocketbook will take a hit though. This health-up
only works until the next time you die.

Go to the hotel's save point. When the game asks you if
you want to save, select a game and click it. When the "Overwrite?" message

Bullet Proof

Admiral. Also fire-proof, explosion-proof, and
collision-proof.
Activate the Guardian Angels mission (from Colonel Cortez), and kill the Haitian
gang members. The Admiral is the white car Diaz drives in the cut-scene.
Deliberately fail the mission by killing Diaz, Lance, or letting the Haitian
biker escape with Diaz's money.
Once the mission fails, the Admiral's doors will be unlocked and you can drive
it back to the garage of your choice. Naturally, you will need to purchase
property that has a garage first.
Make tank fly.
First enter the rhino tank cheat(O,O,L1,O,O,O,L1,L2,R1,TRIANGLE,O,TRIANGLE)
then enter the low gravity cheat. (R,R2,O,R1,L2,D,L1,R1) point the turret of the
tank behind you with the R3 stick. find a long piece of road. then accelerate as
much as you can whilst pressing back and continuously firing the gun using O.
this may not work fist time but keep trying. if you get the technique right then
you can fly from island to island without even unlocking the bridges.

Enter the rhino cheat to get the tank
(O,O,L1,O,O,O,L1,L2,R1,Triangle,O,Triangle). Once you get in the tank Press R3
to start Vigilante Mission. Chase the cars and just destroy them all. The higher
the level the more money you get. When you destroy loads of cars You get the
cops after you so keep on using the wanted level cheat
(R1,R1,O,R2,Up,Down,Up,Down,Up,Down) so they cant pull you out and you have to
start from scratch. You get go on and on until you get about 100,000 just for
blowing up a few cars.
Hunter (apache helicopter)
Lots of people think u can enter the base without all 100 packages but
that's not true, u must have all 100 packages before going into Baxter air base
to get the apache, there are 2 ways of going into the base without getting shot
#1 U get the police uniform at the police station that u can enter (near
construction site) and get a helicopter, from there u go to the end of the
military base and take the apache
#2 (if u don't want to get a helicopter), get the uniform, then drive all the
way to the base into the gate (breaking it) then turn left to some stairs that
lead to the roof of a building, then u go to the other side of the building to a
small walkway on the side of the main building, go through the walkway and down
some more stairs, in the area that u r in there are fences and a tower, go up
the tower then jump of the side of the tower to go in the "training area", go to
the end of the training area and u should find an opening in the fence, go
through it and u should be in the end of the base, from there u walk left a
little and u should find the apache (hunter)
*****BUT Remember you have to have all 100 packages and the police uniform, if u
cant find the police uniform u can unlock by finishing the mission Cop Land
Backflip on a wall
Ride a bike, (preferably a PCJ 600) straight at a wall, half way there start
to pull the wheelie, (pull the left analog back / press down on the d-pad) and
when you hit the wall you should drive half way up it and backflip turn and
land! (it might give you a insane stunt bonus!)
Easy money
Get a rocket launcher, (R1, R2,L1, R2, left, down, right, up, left, down,
down, left) get 3 wanted level stars. When the helicopter comes along shoot it
down with your rocket launcher it should blow up and you should get loads of
money! (when shooting down the heli make sure you can shoot it but the police on
the ground can't shoot you. e.g. on top of a roof)
Have Sexual Intercourse
Get into a car with a roof and don't smash it! Drive around looking for a
woman with a red top and black shorts or a woman in a black bikini. Drive right
at the side of then neatly and beep. They should stand looking at you for a bit.
When they've done that. Drive a bit forward. If she walks up to you again she
likes you. Wait and she'll get in. Drive off quickly without smashing your car
else she'll get out. Drive somewhere private (An alley, in some trees or the
beach - it works best) and the car will start shaking. If you look at your
health its slowly rising to 125. When it reaches 125 shell get out. Then kill
her and you'll get your money back. Note: If you do it again your health will
stay 125 it wont double or go up to 150. Enjoy it!
Headless civilian
Get any kind of weapon that has a scope, go up to a car shoot the persons
head off so they fall out then quickly go to the passenger side and get in if
done fast enough the headless civilian will stand up for about 1 second then a
strip of blood will shoot up out of his/her neck and fall to his/her knees
Flying Rhino (ank)
To make a rhino tank to fly simply enter the flying car cheat (right, r2,
circle, r1, l2, down,l1, r1)turn its rocket firer around by twiddling the r3
(right analog stick) button then fire your rocket firer for ages and accelerate
while doing and while doing hold up button you should take off really high
whilst
flying keep pressing circle and you should stay in air for about 30 seconds.
The Driver
On The Driver mission where you race Phil's buddy try to get in front of him
and when you pass the Police Department use the cheat
(R1,R1,Circle,R2,Up,Down,Up,Down,Up,Down)
then when a cop comes it should hit Phil's buddy. This may take a couple of
times. If you do this right Phil's buddy should hit the cop car in front. when
you pass the Pizza store go where that cop badge is and hit that check point. It
makes you go fast ahead.
Insane cars
When typing in the "Big Wheels" cheat(R1,X,Triangle
Right,R2,square,up,down,square)it doesn't accept it so load a saved game or
start a new game and type the code again. do this 5 or 6 times and the wheels
should be the size of monster trucks but only on the:cheetah,phoenix and
infernus. but that doesn't mean that the code does not affect the other cars.
after completing the process find a comet or a banshee and you should notice it
is hard to control but if any car (apart from; comet
banshee and tank) hits your comet or banshee will go flying even a bus. its
great fun to get police away from you and the comet or banshee will become
virtually indestructible but tanks blow them up.
Regain Health
If you ever run low on health, go back to the hotel with the save point in
it. Walk into the cassette to save, and go into the save menu, don't push save,
but cancel , and when you come out you should have full health. (It helps if you
activate a cheat before hand)
Drive with a passenger
O.K. First of all find a car (or even better, a bike) with two pedestrians
in it and do this:
1. For a car, get in the drivers side and hold accelerator down, and if you do
it right, you should be driving away with the helpless bum. Also he screams.
(This doesn't always work)
2. For a bike, knock both the suckers off, and stay still. With a bit of luck,
you should be able to get the passenger on the bike with you, but remember to
not let the driver back on or he will knock you off, and make sure you put the
pedal to the metal so the passenger doesn't have time to get off. If you really
can't do this, just roll the bike on to the driver once you've knocked him off,
and stay on top of him so he can't get up, and then you shouldn't have much
trouble getting the passenger on the bike and bombing off with your new mate.
Easy way of getting to mainland without
Enter Cars can drive on water (right, R2, Circle, R1,L2,Square, R1, R2).
Then get any car, bus, tank etc. except bikes or scooters drive into water and
head for the docks, drive up ramp which is at the southerners part of the docks
and turn right of the top of the ramp and go through gap in fence.
note: if you get busted or wasted you are returned to ocean beach or vice point.
Get Camera after Martha Mug Shot
After you complete Martha's Mug Shot, get to 100% completion. I recommend
using ultimate cheat disc. Look for a male tourist w/ cameras inside a vehicle.
Shoot him in the head. The camera icon will not appear above him, but press l1
when over him. U should save automatically. If u don't want to go through this
again, use ult. cheat disc and select never lose weapons & unlimited ammo.
Hunter
Get the cop outfit from the police station by the Malibu. Go to the military
base north of the airport. The base looks like a fort. drive thru the front
door, get out of the car, and go left. To the left past the watchtower, run up
the stairs onto the roof. Run to the side of the roof where the bigger part of
the building is, and find the little walking space that goes to the front of the
bigger part of the building. Run down and into the training area, and to the
east. Then go north and try and find a hole in the fence. If you can make it
into the fenced in area at the back of the base the Hunter will be parked there,
and you can take it without even getting any packages, never mind all 100. It's
a lot easier if you get the cop outfit and fly a helicopter in to the back. Oh,
yeah, if you are not wearing a cop outfit, fire a gun, or bump into one of the
soldiers you will be shot to death! :-)
More Vehicles In Any Of Your Garages!
If you want more cars (or bikes) Then read this!!!!!!!
Drive up to the garage and get out of your car leaving the door wide open and
let your garage door open, then quickly get into your car and speed right in
then your garage door should keep slamming off the top of the wall unless you
leave the car!
If you crash into any of your other cars just walk out of your garage and let
your door close fully and then walk back in and all the cars that were in that
garage should fully recovered this is better than going to the pay and spray and
wasting your money!!!!
Concorde
Hold l1 and press cross cross cross circle triangle r1 r1 r1 circle cross
then let go of l1 and kill a prostitute with a flamethrower then get a red
banshee and puncture the tires with a sniper and you must walk all the way to
vercetti mansion but you must WALK then instead of a helicopter if you have one
that is there will be a Concorde that is faster than any other type of
transportation
Pole Position Strip Club business:
Buy the Pole Position Strip Club located just west of the Ocean View Hotel
for $30,000. Enter the hallway in the back of the building and go in the first
door on the left for a private dance. You will begin spending money on her. Get
to $600 and the business will begin making money for you. The maximum amount you
can make per day is $4,000.
Print Works business
Buy the Print Works located northeast of Escobar
International Airport for $70,000. Complete the two missions that are now
unlocked and the business will begin making money for you. The maximum
amount you can make per day is $8,000.
Sunshine Auto Car Showroom
Buy the Sunshine Auto Car Showroom located just
east of Escobar International Airport for $50,000. Go down to the lower garages
and locate the dry erase board with a list of cars on the wall. Steal all the
cars on
the list and bring them to this garage. When this is done, the business will
begin making money for you. Each time a list is completed, the business will make more money and a new car for the showroom will be unlocked. The maximum amount
you can make per day is $6,000 total ($1,500 per car list).
Sunshine Auto Car Showroom (2
After you have purchased the Sunshine Auto
Car Showroom, go under the building to find a pink mission circle. This is a
mission where you are entered into races. Once you have started the races,
enable the "Rhino" code. Get into the Rhino, then shoot all the cars that are in
the
race. When the race starts, there will be no cars remaining except yourself.
Once
you have completed the race, you will automatically win.
Sunshine Auto Car Showroom (3
When doing the lists of cars, when you get to
the third list (sports cars), you can find almost all of them on the road the
Showroom is on, or at the main terminal of the airport. Sit there and they will
appear. On the last list, you must buy the Cherry Poppers ice cream shop to get
the truck.
Boatyard business
Buy the Boatyard in Vice Port for $10,000. Get in one of the
boats and start the Checkpoint Charlie mission. Take the boat through all the
checkpoints within the allotted time. After this, the Boatyard will begin making
money for you. Repeat the mission to increase the amount of money that it brings
in. The maximum amount you can make per day is $2,000 to begin with. This
number increases each time the Checkpoint Charlie is completed.
Cherry Popper Ice Cream Factory business
Buy the Cherry Popper Ice Cream
Factory located between Little Havana and Little Haiti (almost directly across
from
the bridge to Starfish Island) for $20,000. Drive Mr. Whoopee and get 50 buyers
in a single run. You cannot leave the truck or get arrested or killed. After
this, the
business will begin making money for you. The maximum amount you can make
per day is $3,000.
Film Studio business
Buy the Film Studio on Prawn Island for $60,000. Complete
the four missions related to the Film Studio that are now unlocked in front of
Hanger "D" and the business will begin making money for you. The maximum
amount you can make per day is $7,000.
Kaufman Cabs business
Buy Kaufman Cabs at the north end of Little Haiti for
$40,000. Three missions will become unlocked. Get in a Kaufman Cab and
complete all three missions. After this, the business will begin making money
for
you. The maximum amount you can make per day is $5,000.
Malibu Club business
Buy the Malibu Club located east of Leaf Links for
$120,000.
Complete the four missions that are now unlocked and the business will begin
making money for you. The maximum amount you can make per day is $10,000.
InterGlobal Films business
Buy the InterGlobal Films Studio on Prawn Island for
$60,000. Complete the four missions related to the studio that are now unlocked
in front of Hanger "D" and the business will begin making money for you. The
maximum amount you can make per day is $7,000
