I found this trying to find packages. if u go to St. Marks Portland u will see a
restaurant by Salvatories house. steal an ambulance and take it to the
restaurant. u want to drive it up all the stairs to the top and back it up onto
the ramp in the back right corner. jump onto the ambulance then over to the
building next to it. it kind looks like huge stairs but if u keep walking
u will not fall to the next one u will be walking on air. u can do it anywhere
above buildings if there are pieces of paper and leafs floating in the
air.

Celebrity mode
To get celebrity mode you must stop in front of a limo,
pull out your m-16,shoot the door handle. The driver will then get out of the
car and open the backdoor for you. He will chauffer you around liberty city for
as long as you want. NOTE: you must have good aim on the handle.

To get a free respray
To get a free respray go up to the pay and spray door
and stop. Put in the health code. (R2,R2,L1,R1,Left,down, right, up, left, down,
right, up) the game will then think your car is mint but your body work will
still be crunched. then drive in pay and spray and a blue lettering will come up
on the screen and it will say "respray is complimentary".

Stop Wasting your money on paint jobs
Do you have a car that is a color you like and want to keep it that way but
it is really beat up? Drive carefully to your safe house. Park the car in the
garage and get out. Run out of the garage. Then, go back in the garage and your
car color and shape.

Commit Suicide
To commit suicide, drive, run or jump off of a river bank or the rails of a
train - track. You should see the word 'WASTED' on the the screen. (This is
useful when you're in trouble with gangs or the police.).

Steel Ambulance
If you are not in a normal mission then you can steal
an ambulance and press R3 and do a hospital run mission and if you save 35
people you will get a health refill at your save point.
Vigilante Mission
If you steal a cop car, or police vehicle you can do a
vigilante mission , if you get rid of the threat then you get a police bribe at
any of your save points.
Fire Fighter Missions
If you are not doing a mission you can steal a fire
truck and press R3 you then do a fire fighter mission and put out fires and if
you can successfully put put 20 fires and a flamethrower will be at your save
point
More than 2 cars in your garage
When you're in Staunton's Island you'll get a bigger
garage where you can put in two cars. if you want more cars in it just grab a
car on the streets drive back to your garage place the car in front of it. step
out of the car walk into the garage step into a car in the garage park the car
under the garage door get out of it get into the other car drive it into the
garage get out of it then get into the car under the garage door and park it in
the garage and voila you have three cars in your garage. the maximum is 5 cars
it's difficult to get in and out but it works. By The Way don't forget to safe
after doing all this

your sirens will turn on causing every car in front of you to pull to the side

Cheat/Hint
You will need the better car handling cheat for this to
work. The better handling cheat is R1, L1, R2, L1, LEFT, R1, R1, TRIANGLE.
Now that you activated the cheat proceed to Step 1.
1. Go to the Hospital In Rockford on Staunton Island.
2. Across the street should be Liberty Campus.
3. Go onto Liberty Campus and face the hospital. You
may need a fast car for this.
4. Drive straight Towards the hospital and jump over
the little gate with the L3 analog stick landing on the awning and continue to
drive straight on the awning until you reach the corner of the blue glass.
5. Drive straight through the glass as close to the
corner of the two windows as possible.
6. You should start to fall through the game (so to
speak) and land on the Shoreside Vale side of the tunnel.
7. Drive out of the Tunnel and you are in Shoreside
Vale!

in an alley. Go into the van to play a mini-game with an explosive RC car.
You'll get $1000 for each destroyed Mafia car. You can play the game as many
times as you like to.

try it you don't get smooched like I have.
Free Petrol Bombs
If you go behind the supermarket in Portland there is a tunnel which leads to
8-balls bomb shop. In the center of this tunnel are 4 women talking if you run
them all down. One of them will drop some petrol bombs.
First Asuka Mission
"Sayonara Salvatore" This only works if you still have the sniper rifle from the
Columbian Cartel mission. You can also buy one from Ammu-Nation. If you park
down the street from Luigi's sex club you can zoom in and get a good shot at the
alley way Salvatore comes out of, now just wait and pop him as he walks to his
car.
Shooting From Boats
When you first start on Staunton Island if you go down to the docks you should
see a police boat on the opposite dock. Get a boat and sail across. Steal the
police boat, if you press O it will fire twin machine guns.
Little Secret Packages Part 2
After collecting 20 'secret packages' the Uzi will spawn at your hideout! (For
every 10 packages you collect, something new will spawn at your hideout).
October 17
If you blow up a car under the bridge in Staunton Island (you know the road that
has the other one over it), people will jump off the higher road and kill
themselves trying to get a good look. It's really funny.
Mafia Mission
On the last mafia mission were you have to blow up the ship, save your game
before you start it so you don't have to come back and spend another hundred
thousand. A good spot to shoot from is from the building directly next to the
ship. There is a staircase opposite of the entry ramp to the ship. Go up it and
get on the roof. you can then get a very good view. Shoot the first two guys
next to the ramp and then take everyone out on the ship from left to right. That
will insure success. on the next mission, do what it says on the pager instead
of the mission.
Free Mafia Sentinel
To get a free Mafia Sentinel car in Portland without having to go to war with
some Mafia members after you steal the car, just go to Salvatore Leone's house
and in the driveway are two Mafia Sentinels. Every time you come back they will
re-appear
Bad Bug:
I've found a VERY bad bug. DO NOT save the game with a Barracks OS (Military
Troop Transport) in your garage. This, from what I've seen, results in an
inability to recover said game, and also an inability to save a GTA3 game
properly on that particular memory card again. You can try to save with the
Barracks OS, but DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Cars as bombs
When you need a big bomb, you only have to smash your
car until it burns, then it'll explode.
Guns
Visit Toni's place where you can find an alley with an
Uzi. At another nearby alley go on the ledge near the mob car. There you can go
between two buildings where you find an AK47 and some armor.
Cheat
When you first start the game, get a machine gun and
shoot the first person you see in the head. And they will die.

Secret Car:
In the first part of the game in Portland you can get one of the best cars, the
Banshee, -here's how. Go to 8 Ball's auto yard. Right next door is an auto
dealership. In side you will see a blue sports car that looks like a dodge
viper, that's it, Bullets don't work on the glass so don't bother. Steal any of
the cars in the parking lot and drive it into the glass, the glass will break
and then just jump in the banshee and it is now at your disposal. Note: There is
a secret pack near the car.
Steal Cars w/ alarms without Being Detected
If you want to hack a car that has an alarm get in the car, and as soon as the
alarm goes on, get out of the car and wait until it turns off then go back and
steal it. (It also works if you bump the car with another one)
My Whoopty
If you have a nice car that is really beat up, just put it back into your
garage, when you reopen the garage door the car will be in perfect condition.
Extra Cars:
In Garage Your garage in Staunton can hold way more than 2 cars. To add more
cars, simply drive right up to the garage door. Get out and when it opens,
immediately jump back into your car and drive it in there. For bigger, slower
vehicles like the Patriot, leave a car hanging halfway out to keep the door open
while you drive more cars in
Easy Cash
To get more cash just hit other cars with your car or mess up your car so bad
that it explodes then you get extra cash.
The Hooker Cheat
This works with hookers to get your health up. Drive up to a hooker the
passenger side of the car and park next to her. She will bend over and talk to
you. Stay there for a while and she will get in. Then take her to a alley or a
hidden place. The car will begin to shake (wonder why) and your health will go
up. You will lose 1 dollar per health point. After a while she'll get out repeat
the process until you have full health. This only works when cops aren't chasing
you and it doesn't work when driving cop cars, semi-trucks, buses, taxis or fire
trucks. So just use a normal car.
Hooker Cheat Pt2:
For some real fun after she gets out get out to and kick her ass until she's
dead. She drops all her money that she took from you. Hahahahahaha free money,
fun and most of all free health when you do this.
Easier Bosses
An easy way to take out bosses is instead of fighting them get a good car before
the fight like a Hum-V or a pickup truck and just RAM them. Then they get out
after there car is screwed up and just run him over. Much easier then taking him
on in shooting wars.
Drive By Shootings
To do a drive by shooting hold R2 + Circle also L2 + Circle with R2 he will
shoot right and L2 left. He will stick out his hand threw the window and shoot.
This only works with the UZI though. Good way to take out bosses to pull up next
to them and shoot the hell out of them
Be Careful
When you kill people on the street they drop money. Try and kill Hookers and the
old guys because they drop the most money. Don't attack gangsters there fellow
gangsters will attack you to. This includes stealing the gangsters cars.
Flamethrower Location
In Portland go to Hepburn Heights. Right next to the projects is a train
platform. Jump on it and go to your left. Keep going until you reach the
building that is really close to the track. You should see the flamethrower on
the roof top. Jump over and get it and now you have a flamethrower.
Free Shotgun:
If you steal a cop car you automatically get a free shotgun.
Little Secret Packages
Everywhere in Portland you will come across some little floating packages.
Collect ten of these and you automatically get a pistol that ripsaws at your
safe house.
Good Stuff
Load up, with a heavy machine gun, bullet proof vest and life. In Portland go to
Toni's, then head west right next to it you should see a Mafia Sentinel (black
car). Go behind the building where the car is parked and go down the steps there
should be the gun and the vest. The life is on the opposite side of the
building.
Substance Abuse
Get doped up on pills. Go to the hospital in Portland, in the front you will see
stairs on the left wing of the hospital (closer to the tracks). Go up the
stairs/ramp and there will be a pill floating. Take it, now you experience a
slow motion feeling and can hit people so hard they will fly up 20 feet in the
air.
Drive Over the Train Rails
When the train stations are open drive a car inside and get it on the rails. You
can now drive through the tunnels from one town to another (be careful if a
train hits you you're roast).
I'm In The Army Now:
You can steal a tank if you are able to get six "stars". When you get to six,
the army will come, just wait for the soldiers to exit the tank, kill them and
you've got a tank.
I Need a Vest:
If you get in a S.W.A.T. van you can get armor.
Free Health:
When you steal an ambulance you will get 25% health. Good if you go on a
rampage.
Free Petrol Bombs:

Faster taxis
To have faster taxis you must have 100 fares in cab game-mode. The taxis are
at Borgnine in Harwood/Portland.
Police bribe
To get the police bribe you must have 45 kills in the vigilante game-mode. The
bribe is in you hideout.
Repair any car for
free
Just bring your car back to your save place, park it in the garage and save your
game. After saving go back to your car and it is fully repaired.
Note: Remember you can only save when not in a mission and this will not work if
your car was burning.
Advance to Staunton Island
To advance from Portland to Staunton Island prematurely, go to the subway. The
subway should be closed off at he bottom of the stairs. Take a car down the
stairs and either crash it or park it so the door is right next to the subway
door. When you open the door to get out you will step out and through the
closed off gate. Then go down to to subway and get on the train. It will take
you to Staunton Island. It is tricky to get your car to land near the gate but
it is possible.
Get into the Prison on Level 2
On level 2 Chose a really fast car (Farriar gt) (Cop Car) and drive as fast as
possible down towards the bridge that leads to the prison, jump off the bridge
at you top speed and veer towards the left, once your on top off the wall jump
out of your car real quick before it falls into the river. Follow the wall
around to the left, you will see stairs leading down into the prison.( this will
definitely take a few try's ) but once inside I find it humorous to kill the
unarmed prisoners.
Make Money From Stupid People At The L-Train
Just hang out at the L-train station when it's busy and watch the tracks as a
train arrives. If there are enough pedestrians, some of them will run into the
train and die on contact. Just walk by the bodies and gather up money.
Reducing You # of Wanted Stars
First if you have too many cops chasing you and you want to get rid of them take
the train all the way until all the stars are gone. Or just car-jack a cop car
and stay away from the cops for a while.
Drop That Thing
Find a car that makes a funny sound when you get in. Those are hydraulics. These
cars are usually red with a brown soft top and silver rims, they are often found
in Staunton Island. The trick to making the car hop is by pressing the R3 button
to make it drop and the L3 button to make it rock from side to side. It's pretty
neat once you figure out how to make it do all the tricks.
Repair a Fed's Vehicle:.
The only law enforcement car that you can repair in the paint shop, to get rid
of the stars is the FBI car (black Kuruma with blue siren).
Easy Way to Shoreside Vale:
If you do have access to Staunton Island, but not to Shoreside Vale, here's an
easy way to get there. Go to Asukas Condo in Staunton Island, and head for the
second dock, there you should see a speedboat. Get in it, and head the same way
as it points. sail along Staunton Island, and when you have sailed a while, you
will come to a pipeline, which you can not sail over. Now turn around, and sail
the speedboat up on the road, you should be able to do that, a couple of meters
away. Now get out of the boat, and in to a car. push the boat with the car until
you have crossed the line where the pipeline are. Now push the boat down to the
water, so that the only the half of the boat is on land. Now get into the boat
again and press x. It might take a while to get the boat into the water, but
just wait. After that you are able to sail to Shoreside Vale. Remember, you
still can't drive over the bridge to Staunton Island.

Listen to the commercials on the radio. Lots of times they will say a web
address. The masterminds at Rockstar Games have made these real web addresses!
Some to try are www.sleepofflard.com, www.petsovernite.com, and
www.pogothemonkey.com. Check them out!
Chatterbox:
This station is just as repetitive as the rest of the stations, but, if you
listen to the conversations that are happening and are patient enough to hear
it, you can hear some pretty funny game-relevant stuff. Such as, Tony Cipriani
complaining about his mother getting on his case, or Maria telling the DJ about
her "secret crush" on one of her husband's "employees". Give it a listen. It's
worth it.
Be a Paramedic:
When not going through a normal mission, get in an Ambulance and press R3.
ambulance bonus stuff: Save 35 pedestrians and a health refill will appear
outside any of your save points. Save 70 pedestrians and an adrenaline pill will
appear outside any of your save points. Complete the Ambulance level 12 and
Infinite Run will be granted.
New Taxi
If you do the taxi job, and you picked a 100 people up you will find a new taxi
in Harwood.
Kill the Last Boss in Portland
To kill Salvatore, wait at his house with a Bobcat or a hummer. When he pulls
into the garage, follow him in and keep ramming him. He will get out of his car
with a huge ..$$ gun and start shooting. Keep going back and forth running him
over and he will eventually die. Try to get a car as fast as possible because
the rest of the mafia will be after you with shot guns.
Get free shot gun
Go to ammo-nation store and after you buy a gun walk up to the clerk and try to
point the gun at him the best you can because you can target him, kill him, he
shoots back so do it fast and after you kill him walk up to the counter and you
will get his shotgun
Nasty Limbs Cheat: (note: no message or sound
confirms this code but it works)

Not a cheat , more of a hint. When in an emergency car ( cop car , ambulance car
, fire truck ) or a taxi. Press the right analogue stick ( R3 ) and you can do a
sub mission for extra cash
Up to 5 Cars in your Garage
In your garage is Station Island you can only hold 2 cars...right? Well...there
is a way to keep up to 5 cars in there at once!
Here's how you do it:
1.If you have 2 cars already in your garage, go get another one, and bring it to
your garage.
2.Park it right in front of the garage with its nose practically on the garage
door. (Don't worry this cheat will fix that dent)
3.Then get out of your car and walk to the garage door and when it opens,
quickly jump back into your car and gas it!
4. The garage door will try to close on it, but it wont. Park it deep, so the
garage door can still be closed.
5.Get out of the garage and presto, 3 cars in there now!
6.If you re-arrange your cars (sideways works well) you can fit 5 cars in your
garage and it still closes, letting you have 5 nice cars ready to take out.
Yardie Lobo Shocks
In Staunton Island you can jack the Yardie Lobo, when you speed up and slow down
the shocks drop and lower naturally, but if you use the right-analog stick the
suspension rises and falls in whatever direction you push it. You can actually
roll the car from a stopped position, try it it's fun. Oh yeah, you don't have
to save it for your garage to repair your car, just back off so the door closes
then get near it to open and your car will be repaired.
Lots of cash
For this to work you need two memory cards with a bit of cash on both and a
reasonably good car worth about 1,0000 (it doesn't matter though). After that go
to "trade" go to the memory card with that car. Then buy it get out of that and
go to the other memory card and buy it back (As you just bought it, that one
will have more money so buy it back) So the money goes back to you. The car
actually duplicates so if you done it five times you would have five of them
cars and never of spent a cent but you still have the cars so sell it then
repeat as many times as you want. But keep one in case you like.
Get the tank
All you need is about 15 rockets and 15 grenades and some armor. Get a big
truck after you get the stuff mentioned above and go the third level with the
airport. Get two stars so the police will follow you to the back of the airport.
Go to the Helipad with the police helicopter and get on top of it. Throw the
grenades to destroy the police that will come below. Use the rockets on the
pesky helicopters after you get full stars start watching the ground for tanks
when they come throw a grenade to kill the guys and hurry and jump in. This is
the easiest way I could figure out how to do it.
Mr Whoopee:
To get an ice cream truck (Mr. Whoopee), you can do two things; do the fire
truck missions until you have to put out a Mr.Whoopee that is on fire, or find
one in the Suburbs of Shoreside Vale at around midnight. Once you get an ice
cream truck, push the horn button, it will start playing ice cream truck music.
When the music is playing, people will start approaching the truck, this makes
for easy drive-by shootings and will get you a lot of cash.
Get the Funny Cutscene:
During the mission 'Salvatore Calls A Meeting' (Toni Cipriani gives you this
mission), when you drive your car over to Joey's garage to pick him up in the
limo, first, get a tank or another large vehicle such as a dump truck or semi
truck and park it in from of the garage. After doing so, walk through the blue
marker like you normally would do. It will go to a cut scene, and normally it
would show the two pulling out of Joey's garage in the limo, but this time, when
they try to pull out of the garage the tank or whatever large vehicle is in
their way. They bump into it a few times trying to get through, then finally,
they back out of the garage, and the camera angle stays in the same place, then
suddenly the screen says you achieved an 'insane bonus stunt". I think it's
something crazy like 40 flips, and 30 feet high, or something really strange
like that. Anyways, after this, the cut scene shows them coming from around the
block, behind Joey's garage, and they start driving really awkward and run into
other cars and lamp posts, and then after about a minute or so, they drive
normal, and it goes back to your mission. It's really cool to see, and pretty
funny. I just thought I would give it a try. See it for yourself,
Off-Limits No Longer:
Don't you just hate it when you go to get in a car and its locked or it has an
alarm on it and you have to wait for the alarm to shut off before you can leave?
Well here is how you fix that. Before you go to get in one of these cars jump on
top of the car first. Then get off and get in. You've just done enough damage
top the car so that it's not mint - meaning it is susceptible t entry. This
comes in handy on those locked police cars or when you need to get out of an
area fast because a gang is after you or you can just use it to simple out get a
car with no problems
Unique Stunt Bonus:
Go to the airport and as you are entering the hangar area, you will see an
airplane with a set of stairs that is just slightly pulled away from the plane,
back a fast car (banshee works best) up to the building and line yourself up
with the steps, hit the steps at top speed to launch yourself over the plane and
gain a unique stunt bonus along with a nice cash bonus.
Pull People Out of Their Car Without Getting In:
Try to enter a car as normal and when your character grabs the door, quickly
press and hold R1 (may also work with other buttons but this definitely works
100% of the time if done right) and after pulling the driver out your character
should stay standing by the car
Cutting the Grass Cheat:
To easily beat cutting the grass (Don Salvatore gives you this mission) instead
of following Curly Bob and paying attention to the "spookometer" steal a cab
AFTER Salvatore gives you this job and go to Luigi's club and pull your
taxi behind the taxi that takes curly bob to the harbor. Once he gets in it will
show up on your radar where to take him. (don't worry about the 'spookometer')
After it goes to a cut scene showing Curly Bob rat to the Cartel, just drive the
taxi and ram Curly. He will turn around but it'll be too late but he may fire a
couple of shots at you. Voila you beat it
Bulletproof Cheetah:
Make sure you've done all of El Burro's mission first or your on turismo. To get
a bulletproof Cheetah you have to get a Rhino by doing the cheat. Park the tank
by the bridge on the first island. Then start turismo and get any car you want.
Head to the blip and get out of your car before you get to the blue marker. Get
into the Rhino and run one of the cheetah over. Then don't take your eyes off of
it and push it with your tank into your garage at the hideout. You don't have a
lot of time so hurry the F*ck up. After it in there let the garage close and you
will have your BULLETPROOF CHEETAH.
Better Car Bombs:
In Portland and Staunton island 8-ball puts a bomb in your car and you have to
arm it and wait for someone to jack it or something; but most times they don't.
So go to Shoreside Vale and 8-ball puts a bomb in and gives you a detonator for
it instead so park the car in a group of people/cars and watch the very nice
bloody stress-relieving explosion
All 6 Police Badges at Hideout
During vigilante missions, kill 10 criminals on one island to earn 1 badge and
10 more on the same island to earn another badge. Do this on all 3 islands to
earn a total of 6 badges

"the exchange" please move on. when you complete "the exchange" mission you will
hear Maria get "verbal diarrhea" which eventually leads to you shooting her.
after the end credits if you keep listening to chatterbox, Maria will still
phone up
Cheaper Pay-n-Spray:
So, you're in the Red Light District with a hooker in your Banshee (Viper). You
hit a telephone pole or a crazy mo-fo hits you. You don't want to go to your
hideout because that would require you to get out to fix it. Instead, go to the
Pay-n-Spray. Be sure to make the passenger door almost touch the wall so the
hooker can't get out. When the door shuts your health will go to 125 and the
repair will be done...free. You'll get a message that says something like "Respray
is Complimentary
The Location of the Import/Export Garage in
Shoreside Vale:
Go to the airport, then look toward Pike Creek (West) and go up the road that
goes up there. Follow it until the first left, but don't take it, go straight
on. Go straight on, pat the bridge, until the road goes left (It has a barrier
on the side and a cliff over it) Take an immediate left into the factory area.
It is the left hand garage with the poster next to it. Or go to the upper part
of the dam and face East, looking toward Pike Creek again. Go left past the
hospital and police station, all the way to the end, where the road goes left,
and it is the left hand garage
Fast Car
On Portland city go to 8 balls BOMB SHOP then go right into the car sales and
you will see a banshee car in a glass room smash the window with a car and hey
presto you have a nice car.
The Crossover:
If you happen to get stuck on a mission for the Yazuka Japanese GUY in Staunton
Island then go to work for Donald Love. In one of his missions you will be told
to run over the Japanese guy.
EZ Stunt:
For some serious length when jumping, use the tank (don't laugh) and turn the
turret so it faces opposite the way your heading, then when your going towards
the jump, start firing, and you will gain some decent speed, keep firing, even
when your air-born, and you will get propelled even faster through the air.
Fly The Plane After Making it to Shoreside Vale:
Make the first left after coming off of the bridge. Continue going west into the
airport. In the third hangar there is a small, wingless plane called the Dodo.
Take the Dodo further west to the landing strip. If you fly off toward the
southeast, it is entirely possible to make it back to Portland in the air. You
may also store the plane in your Staunton garage for later use
Rob the Robber:
If you see someone steal another pedestrian's money and take off, run up in
front of him and aim a gun at him that uses a lock-on when the aim button is
pressed. He'll freak out and drop the money he stole. He drops quite a lot!
RC Car Mission:
If you go into the parking lot type area down the hill from the paint shop
(Hepburn Heights Portland), and you go all the way to the back, there should be
a blue van that says something about electronics, and when you get in it, you
will start a mission where you take control of an RC car with a bomb in it, your
supposed to blow up as many Diablo cars as you can within a certain amount of
time. You can blow up the RC car by pushing Circle or by running into a car.
When you blow one up, you start in a new RC car until your time is up! You can
do this as many times as you want and it's worth $1000 per kill!
Hot Cars Wanted in Shoreside Vale:
There is a garage in Shoreside Vale that will take one of almost every car. In
return you'll receive money, and a special bonus as well. The special garage is
near the garage where you end up on Love's Escort mission.
Fly The Dodo:
To fly the Dodo for more than a few seconds; you need to go to the airport get
the Dodo and get on the runway. Hold X and Down until you get up some speed. If
you press Down and X to long the propeller will hit the concrete and it screws
you up. When you're going as fast as you can go, let go of X and Down and the
plane will take off on its own. Once it takes off you have to level it out.
While flying don't accelerate (press X), it makes you go down.
Free Ammo:
This cheat works best on Portland island. When you have collected a lot of the
hidden packages and got the weapons to re-spawn at your hideout, get a car (any
car) and park it in your garage, get out and pick up the weapons. Now get back
in the car and drive it out, the weapons have re-appeared. This means that you
don't have to wait a long time, or drive around the block for the guns to
re-appear and you can keep doing this for ever, and ever, and ever
Flying Tank
Many people have wanted to fly but you think that you can't because you are on
Portland or Staunton Island. Here's a way to Fly. Put in the code for the tank.
(Tip: Don't use any fast car they're to fast they keep spinning out) after the
tank appears put in the Dodo car code. Now the tank is not fast enough so you
will have to turn the cannon around with the right joy-stick. When the cannon is
facing behind you, get on a long straight road. Start driving and firing the
cannon behind you while you drive. The shots fired will give you the speed you
need. You won't need to pull up, the tank will pull up on its own.
When you are in the air you need to keep firing to keep up enough speed. Now
your fling you can fly as far as you want just get the hang of turning first.
Secret City
The secret city, as you may have heard over the car radio, is none other than
Carser City.
To get Carser City you must beat every mission, including all hidden packages,
all unique stunts, all extra missions (Marty Chonks, D-Ice, El Burro, and King
Courtney), and all rampages. Sounds hard, nope, just takes time. HINT: you might
want to go and get the strategy guide for this.
Now to get you going on the city. It has unlimited garage space for your cars.
Mr. Woopees galore. A Butt loud of Bashees, Invernesses, And Chettas. And about
five new cars. Oh, it also has the White House in it. It's about as big as
Staunton Island and Portland put together. And you can get in a special Black
car and a list will pop up. This list contains every location in the game. Pick
one and the car will drive you there. No you don't have to do it.
New weapon
If you access Carser city and (this takes a LONG time) put one of each car into
your infinite-space garage.
Now comes the tricky part
You must go and get a Dodo plane and get it -UNDAMAGED- to 8-ball's Bomb Shop
and equip it with a bomb
(Hint: I got a fish truck and landed the plane on top of it and drove it to
8-ball's)
Take the Dodo to your garage, get in, get out, leave the garage and have it
close behind you.
When you turn around and look back, it will show your garage-door blowing up.
Inside, there will be fuzzy-dice and a key. The dice, I don't know what to do
with yet. The key, you take to the white house and unlock the front door. If you
go through the first 3 doors, turn left, go up the 2 flights of stairs and go
down the hall, you will be in the oval office where there is Bill Clinton and a
prostitute. You will get a mission to kill Kenny Rats (Note, Rats is Star
backwards...Kenneth Star).
When you go back to your garage, there will be a new gun there.
If you don't want me to spoil what it is, then don't read any further
Its a futuristic-looking laser that goes on top of your right shoulder. If you
hold your targeting button and fire, it will continually find new targets and
zap them. One hit kills.
Easy Infinite Run
To continue at a fast pace without fatigue, just TAP x instead of holding it
down. This helps when trying to give your character EXERCISE so that he can run
for a long period of time as well.
Bonus Buggy
Successfully complete the Mafia missions to unlock the Buggy. Return to the
Portland and go to the Diablo parking lot (where the mission phone is located)
between 19:00 to 24:00 to find the same Buggy glimpsed in Joey's garage from the
Mafia mission. It will appear in the same location & change color each time.
Cheat Hint
Are You on the 2nd island and want to get to the 3rd???,
crab a cheetah/banshee/stinger/infernus, drive up to the bridge where the middle
bit hasn't came down, stop at the beginning of the straight bit, enter the
flyine cheat, (Right, R2, Circle, R1, L2, Down, L1, R1 ) and drive as fast as
possible, try and keep the car on the road until the last minute where you
should pull back very gently on the right analog stick as possible, once the
wheels have left the ground, keep straight and as flat as possible, if u aim too
high u will stall, after that, you should land on the other side, I've done this
ONCE!, I've now saved on the other side (its bloody hard to find the garrag) be
careful when driving around, it will then roll easily otherwise, and voila!, you
have made it to last island, oh my longest time for the dodo is 49secs.

How To Fly (and turn) The Dodo Plane
Ok, I know that A LOT of people are having a hard time flying the Dodo. So... I
decided to write a FAQ to help you all.
NOTE: I just learned how to fly, and trust me. THIS WILL TAKE PRACTICE!
Ok, First off, go to the airport in Shore Side Vale so you can get the Dodo.
When you are there, drive all the way to the beginning of the runway, or just go
down by the place where there is another Dodo, and a bunch of helicopters. NOTE:
I get my Dodo usually down in the hanger by the water, but you can get the one
near the helicopters to save time, it doesn't matter.)
Now get on the runway, and make sure you are pointed straight, so when you drive
you wont go off the runway, or the black part. Now hold the left analog stick
very slightly up. This will cause your place to tilt forwards when you drive,
and help pick up speed. The reason why you should barely move it up is because
then the plane will take longer to lean all the way down, thus you pick up more
speed.
Now while holding up on the left analog stick, start to drive.
Keep going until you see your plane sort of bouncing up and down, and you see
sparks.
When you see your plane sort of bouncing and you see sparks, let go of the
analog stick gently. This will send your plane shooting into the air, almost
vertically, so when you get up, start pressing up, so your will make the plane
level. Sort of point it a little downwards so the plane will kind of dive, thus
you pick up speed, then you just level the plane by barely moving the analog
stick downwards.
Keep pressing up on the analog stick every so often to pick up speed, the plane
usually does the rest and makes you gain altitude, so really when you go down
and get more speed, the air will sort of pick you up, and make you go higher,
but you still need to push the analog stick down a little to help it climb
higher, and so that you can fly longer.
NOW YOUR FLYING!
Now turning...
Turning is very hard, and should only really be done when you know where you are
flying. To turn, just barely tap the analog stick in the direction you want to
turn, but kind of do it diagonally, like right-up, or left-up, NEVER push it
left-down or right-down, this will cause your plane to sort of stall. and can be
very hard to get it flying again, and you will most likely crash. Never make
hard sharp turns, unless you want to crash...
Landing is pretty simple, just make sure your straight, find a long flat place,
and press up on the analog stick, this will move you down, and just press Square
and R1 when close to the ground, so that you will stop
Warp Speed
To get Warp speed press L1,L1,R1,R2,circle, circle,x,x,L1,L2,triangle,triangle
Flying Cars
To fly any car that is fast enough (just about any car in the game), enter the
Dodo cheat, Right, R2, Circle, R1, L2, Down, L1, R1 during game play. Use it to
fly over the bridges, or shoot someone else's car. When they run away they lose
control on turns and do rolls. Very funny. Enter the code again to take it off
if your tired of wrecking your cars.
Note: Fly your car like the dodo, if you press up to hard, your car falls.
Hint
Free Mafia Sentinel
On Shoreside Vale, go to the airport and get in a fast
car (banshee) etc and jump on to a plane wing by pushing R3 (you will need the
perfect handling cheat on), then stay on the plane and eventually it will start
to move and you will take off with it be careful it does slip. Then you will fly
somewhere but you will be really high. Submitted by

To get a free Mafia Sentinel car in Portland without having to go to war with
some Mafia members after you steal the car, just go to Salvatore Leone's house
and in the driveway are two Mafia Sentinels. Every time you come back they will
re-appear
Flying ghost car
On the bridge connecting Staunton Island to Shoreside
vale, that moves up and down, you can get a car to fly in the air and then
disappear. this is how you do it. Before the bridge elevates, you need to use
your car of choice to block two other cars on the spot that elevates. when at
the top of the elevated part of the bridge move your car completely out of the
way of the cars you are blocking so that both cars can get by. one will fall to
its death while the other one miraculously flies for about 2 seconds then
disappears.
Flying Ghost Car: Part 2
In order for Flying Ghost Car secret to work, you have to be on the side of the
road where the cars are heading towards Shoreside Vale, NOT the side of the road
where the cars are heading towards Staunton Island. If you do it on the side of
the road where the cars are heading towards Staunton Island, the secret will not
work. THIS SECRET DOES WORK!
Smaller Moon
The game must be at night for this code to work.1st. Change your gun to a Sniper
Riffle if u do not have this gun i suggest that you use the all weapons cheat
which is R2, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up. Then Aim
at the moon by pressing and holding R1. And Finally fire at the moon by pressing
Circle. You can make the moon bigger and smaller as many times as you want.
New Ending
To get the new ending right before you shoot the helicopter and end the game
turn on the cheat :All People Hate You. once you do that destroy the helicopter
and the ending scene will show a bunch of people running around shooting at you.
It is really worth it.
Cops, Army ETC can't get you
On the second island find the casino. when your familiar with the location of
the casino just go to the car park through the main entrance when ever you have
cops, army, or FBI after you and they won't enter the car park. NOTE (the
helicopters can still shoot you)
Get a free infernus (that's a really fast car)
On the third island as you come off of the bridge turn left and go down the road
that leads to the airport runway on your right before you get to the barriers
there's a car park, go in there and in front of you is a long sports car, just
get in. (and your away)
Get a free insane jump stunt bonus
On the third island drive down the road a little bit as you come off of the
bridge and on the right side of the road is a brown path in the grass drive as
fast as you can down that but be careful it vears off to the left a little bit
and also be carful because you may hit the posts on the wooden ramp. (I don't
know if you've seen it but I think it looks like the James Bond movie the man
with the golden gun when he jumps over the river to get to the baddie)
Get a free fire truck on the third level
On the third level just as you come off of the bridge turn left and go to the
little side road towards the airport runway to the left of the car park is a
fire truck.
Get a free cop car
Go to the airport and go to the MAIN runway, go to the end of the runway with
the helipad and turn right and there's a cop car just sitting there.
Get a second Dodo plane on the third island
Go the Airport's main runway and got the end with the helipad, just in front of
the helipad is another Dodo plane
How to become 20ft. TALL

You can fly with the tank all over liberty city for as
long as you want. if you get a tank and use the flying cheat and turn the tank
turret so that it is facing backwards, find a long stretch of highway. Then
start driving down it and pressing O to fire the tank cannon. keep holding X and
pressing O and as you speed up your tank should slowly start to lift off the
ground and point upward. Keep pressing O. That's all there is too it and you're
flying. You can even fly to Staunton and Shoreside Vale before you even finish
the required missions.**Important** Don't turn too sharply or it will get real

f you want to get to the third island. When you go to
the stage after Portland go to the bridge and wait for a car to come up to you
get in front of it and jump on it and get a free ride to the third island.

Banshee
In Portland, go to the Capital Autos shop. Take a big car and ram it into
the glass on the store to break it. Inside a Banshee, which is the fastest car
in the game and resembles a Shelby.
BP Barracks OL truck
Ride the road by the water at Staunton Island. You will find a storage place
with a lot of boxes. Go to the gate marked "Keep Out". Enable the "Better
driving skills" code, then drive in reverse and press L3 to jump over the gate.
Get out to find a Barracks OL truck. It looks like a farm vehicle. The BP
Barracks OL can also be obtained during the Arms Shortage mission.
BP Patriot: Bulletproof
To get the bulletproof Patriot (Hummer), complete the Marked Man mission for
Roy (the cop) the second time that you meet him.
BF Injector
Complete the Mafia missions in story mode to unlock the BF Injector buggy.
Return to Portland and go to the Diablo parking lot (where the mission phone is
located) between 19:00 to 24:00 to find the same buggy glimpsed in Joey's garage
from the Mafia mission. It will appear in the same location and change color
each time. If you want to pick the color of the BF Injector, park a car with the
desired color near the entrance of the building at the parking lot. The car does
not appear to be scratched, other than the windshield when it hits something. It
also never stays upside down.
Borgnine Taxi
The Borgnine is a well built car or taxi. It is a brick red cabbie with
spikes with blood on the bumpers. It is located in Harwood. Go to the head radio
station. It usually is at the engine store next to the radio station after the
game has been completed.
Borgnine Taxi
Look closely on the back bumper of the Borgnine taxi with a sniper rifle.
Sometimes it has about seven spikes with blood on them.
The Great 3 Glitches
I have discovered the great 3 glitches. One makes you lose 5 points of life,
one gets you to SHORESIDE VALE and the last one is just plain fun.
1,You must be in PORTLAND for this one. Go to PORTLAND DOCKS. There is a
entrance leading onto the road. DO NOT ENTER. On the right there is a chicken
wire fence. If you run so that you are scraping against the fence but still
going right you will find it. You will fall into 'BLUE HELL' waving your arms.
About 5 seconds later you will see yourself getting up from the pavement with 5
points of your life gone.
P.S. THIS CHEAT DOES WORK!!!!!!!!!!
2,You will need to have 'GOOD DRIVING SKILLS' cheat on for this. You need to be
in STAUTON for this. Get a kuruma( a smooth looking car) and drive to the
hospital. In the car park there is a low roof. You can jump onto it using your
car. If you go left there is a hidden package. Get it. Get back in your car and
position it so that your car is straight and the wall is behind you. Reverse and
wham into the wall. Keep reversing and you will slide through the wall and land
in the tunnel.
P.S. Behind you the blue wall is there. Its fun watching the cars smashing into
it.
3,You need to be in PORTLAND for this one. Drive to ATLANTIC QUAYS and go to
where you drop Misty off at the party. On your right there are some garages.
There furthers one away has a door big enough to get a line runner through.
Walk/drive straight at the door. You will pass through like a ghost.
P.S. I parked my car in there which is funny because there is a sign on the door
saying 'NO PARKING'.
