If you are going to start manager mode then use these players in the 4-3-3 formation.(Before going to manager mode, go to club transfers and move all of the players needed to your team that you are going to use)

start with chelsea, and buy young stars from Brazil, like Marcelo Moreno, Lulinha, Carlos Eduardo, look at team in Brazil, they have players that are becoming up till 95 or lower. its class, start alwats with chelsea, much more money than other club :D chelsea forever! (L)

easiest way 2 go up a load of levels in manager mode is create an unreal team:4-4-2
buffon
sergio ramos
arbeloa
puyol
terry
beckham
essien
gerrard
ze roberto
henry
eto
(any subs cause they're fit)
play that team in league 2 and work your way up.
i love l'pool but sack benitez

Don't buy kaka as he plays bob but messi plays really well up front his rating goes up the high 90's and he scores in every game. ps. he works well with rooney. carrick and anderson are good in midfield.
