When playing as Vergil or Dante start mission 19 after you kill the abyss look around and
you'll
see a stone statue with one wing and the other missing look closer if you play devilmaycry1 then
you'll
notice carving on the chest and the wing looks the same you are looking at the statue form mundus took
in dmc1!there also is a badly rendered head right next to it may be its his? for some odd
irony if you
kill 100 demons during the credits as Dante this is the place were the three red orbs (a.k.a)mundus brain
washes Vergil! so my idea of what happened is after turning Vergil into Nelo
Angelo he saw the statue
reformed it and took its form to hide is true form leading up to the events of devil may cry1
