Unlock character costumes
To unlock a character's alternate costume, play Dance Master Mode with that
character for about 5 missions, and the character's costume will be available in
the shop. Each costume costs 100,000 points except for J.C.'s and Sa-Ja's, which
cost 200,000 points
Access Endless Mode
Unlock all the hidden songs in the game, and buy them from the shop. Upon
accomplishing this task, Endless Mode will be open for purchase in the shop.
Survival Mode
Unlock all the hidden songs in the game, and buy them from the shop. Upon
accomplishing this task, Survival Mode will be open for purchase in the shop.
Combo Challenge Mode
Unlock all the hidden songs in the game, and buy them from the shop. Upon
accomplishing this task, Combo Challenge Mode will be open for purchase in the
shop.
In-game Reset:
Hold Select + Start to reset the game.
Give Up:
To give up on the song you are playing, hold Start
Unlocking songs at the ship:
To unlock songs for purchase at the shop, play a song in Dance Master mode.
It will be available for purchase.
Unlocking new areas in Dance Master mode:
Play the three special missions in any area (A ,B, C, or D) to unlock the
next one. For example, do the three area A missions to unlock area B.
Last mission of Dance Master mode:
In order to play the Mission 192 of Dance Master mode, you must clear Areas
A, B, C, D, and E of Dance Master mode (through playing the three special
missions of each area). After you have done this, the last mission will be
unlocked for you to play. It is numbered Mission 00 and the song and settings
are as follows: Butterfly (Upswing Mix) on Reverse and the arrow graphics are
changed to look like butterflies. If you pass this mission, you will have
completed Dance Master Mode. You will get to see the end credits and about
500,000 points for use in the shop.
Unlocking bonus modes
Unlock and buy all the hidden songs from the shop. The "Endless Mode", "Survival Mode", and "Combo Challenge Mode" options will now be unlocked for purchase at the shop.
Alternately, Endless mode will become unlocked after 200 songs are successfully completed in Game mode
