Extra Stage Boss Songs in Normal Play
In order to unlock the "Boss Songs" used in Extra Stage, first,
you must be in Game Mode. On your last stage, you must clear a song on
Expert with a AA grade or higher. This will allow you to play the Extra
Stage. You can pick any song you wish, but the mods are locked at 1.5x
Speed, Reverse Scroll, and Rainbow arrows. A boss song also appears, listed
in red, but will be different depending on which song sort you selected
(before you start your game). In order to unlock the song in red for normal
play, you must clear it with an A or higher, and then buy it from the game's
shop.
Assuming you clear the Extra Stage with a AA grade or higher, you will gain
access to the Encore Extra Stage. You can only choose one song, Chaos, and
it will immediately end if you get anything other than a Perfect or Great.
Clearing Chaos with a full combo allows you to purchase it in the shop as
well
