Beat the game in Block Your Opponent mode under the easy, medium, and hard difficulty settings to open up the Rocket Wheels and Boston Big Dig track options at the cheat menu.

No Time Out and Moon Course
Beat the game in time trial mode under the easy, medium, and hard difficulty settings to open the No Time Out and Moon track options at the cheat menu.

Night Drive and Alpine Raceway Course
Beat the game in lock-on mode under the easy, medium, and hard difficulty settings to open up the Night Drive and Alpine Raceway track options at the cheat menu.

Death Car And Miami Course
Beat the game in simulation mode to open up the Death car and Miami track options at the cheat menu.

Infinite Continues Option

Unlock Cigar Car
To unlock the Cigar Car, get first place at the Frankfurt, Germany track in the Arcade Mode.

Extra Drivers
To get extra drivers press R1 at the character (driver) selection screen, 5 other characters will appear.

3 Extra  Cars
When you are at the driver select screen press L1 and it will take you to 3 more cars. The Future car, The Hotrod, and The Roadster

Enter at cheats menu in options.

Unlock Non-Playable Death Cars
Enter L2, Square, L1, R2, R2, X at the Cheats Menu.

Unlock the Death Wall

Unlock the Playable Death Car

Cigar car
Finish in first place on Frankfurt track in arcade mode.
