Burnout 3: Takedown

Need For Speed Underground cars:
Complete all Crash Mode levels with a "Gold" rank. Then, hold L2 + R2 while choosing a car at the vehicle selection screen.

Takedown Numbers
In the Champion Takedown Targets you have to get 1500 and 2000 total takedowns. This cheat tells you the easy way of doing that. You do the same as what you do in the Unlocking Cars cheat. Submitted by Shane Scantlebury: scantdasx

Tip: Big explosion and lots of cash
Go to junction 100 (a.k.a. 'Crashed out') and choose 'Fire truck' as your vehicle. Get the boost start at the beginning and grab the boost pick-up. Steer clear of all three ramps (just scrape the right wall) and keep going the wrong way. Eventually you will see two big rig gas/oil tankers heading straight toward you. Try and hit the one on the right. Use after touch and (try to) go uphill go the other side of the freeway. Try and hit the two big rigs (one's a gas/oil tanker). When you use Crashbreaker you will make all three tankers explode. The exploded tankers are worth almost $100,000!You should have more then $400,000!If you got the x4 multiplier you should have more then $1,600,000!! Submitted by Jacob Hoover: hoover001

Easy takedown:
As soon as any race begins, immediately get behind the nearest opponent and hold Boost. You will start getting "Tailgating" points and will receive a short boost. Use this boost to quickly slam your opponent. This will result in a takedown about 90% of the time and will immediately fill your entire boost bar.

Unlocking cars:
Choose your favorite track in world tour mode and race it repeatedly (do not retry). Continue, then repeat.

Find a stage or track in world tour mode that you can get a lot of money from. Keep playing that track until you have unlocked the next car in your line-up.

Extra boost:
On crash courses, use the Right Analog-stick to point up on the countdown. On each second, rotate it in a circle. On the last second, rotate it around twice to get an extra shot of boost.

Get three takedowns so that you have a good amount of boost in your boost bar. Drive in the oncoming lane with your boost. Your boost will not go down and become infinite until you crash or go out of the oncoming traffic. Note: This works even better in Burning Lap, Preview Lap, and Special Event modes. You will actually start gaining boost when this is done in those events.

Move after you have stopped in crash mode:
After you have preformed your crash, save the Crashbreaker and look around to see if there are items or more cars you can hit. Use the Crashbreaker, and guide yourself with R1 and the D-pad to where ever you want to go. This can move you pretty far, and can get you over trailers and big trucks.

SSX 3 reference:
Sometimes Striker (the radio DJ) talks about "DJ Atomika". Atomika is from SSX 3.

Continuous crash sound:
Go to the crash course and select one of farther courses (where most of the roads are blocked by busses). Approach the launch ramp. Try to land on a bus and you will keep hearing a crash sound continuously.

Civilian with helmets:
In any level of any mode (road rage, time attack, etc.), stop in front of a civilian car. If you look into the windshield closely, you can see that the civilian inside is wearing a racing outfit, with the racing helmet on.

Enter the following at the Title Screen
Unlock everything:
Press Down L1, L1, L1, R1, R1, R1, R1, R1, L2, L2, L2, L2

Unlock Cheat Menu:
Hold L1+R1 and press Circle, Circle, Square, X

Big bucks
Go to junction 47 (exact change). use a big crash vehicle, like the tractor cab or whatever. Go straight to the boost icon then to silver dollar icon then to x4 multiplier then to the Crashbreaker icon, they should all be easy to pick up considering they're all in the same direction and all you have to do is go in a straight line when driving. when you get the Crashbreaker use the impact time to direct your vehicle into the main rush of traffic in front of you. when the 2nd Crashbreaker counts down direct your vehicle with the impact time all the way to the left it should destroy all the vehicles going there. the strategy has gotten me $2,232,960 and the least i got was $1,010,420. this code will get you big dollars! Signature Takedowns
Signature Takedowns are Takedowns performed in world tour mode that will unlock a photo in the Signature Takedowns section of the Driver Details area. If all twenty are completed, the "Oval Racer Special" vehicle will be unlocked.

Headlines
Get at least the indicated amount of damage in crash mode.
