To Unlock World and European Classic AllStar
Go to Master League, choose any team, set the difficulty to Normal with 10 minutes to play . Now play and make sure to stay at the top of the league after the 14 match( doesn't matter if you have lose record or draw ) just make sure finish first of top. After the credits, the memory cards also will auto save at the screen to confirm that the classic AllStar is playable at the exhibition modes.

Unlock Secret World & European All Star
Go to international Cup, choose any team, set difficulty to normal with 10 minutes, and play till win the cup. After the credits, it will auto save the memory card to tell you that two new Team is Playable. Later check it out at the exhibition modes. (choose auto save)

Bonus teams
Successfully complete the game with all the league and cups on the hard difficulty setting. Then the European All-Star, World All-Star, Classic European All-Star, and Classic World All-Star teams will be unlocked

Unlock Special Japan Team
Finish Olympic mode with Japan to play with Special Japan team.

Unlock Extra cup
Successfully complete the game with all the cups

Unlock New Stadium
Win A Konami Cup. then Coming up Club House bonus Stadium
