To use Lei Lei
For Player 1: Highlight Morrigan, hold Select and move cursor to Hsein-Ko then press O.
For Player 2: Highlight Felecia, hold Select and move cursor to Hsein-Ko then press O.
(Note: This cheat can be enabled in all but Street Puzzle Mode.)

To use Hsien-Ko's Handkerchief
For Player One: Put the cursor on Morrigan, hold SELECT, move the cursor one square to the right and press O
For Player Two: Put the cursor on Felicia, hold SELECT, move the cursor two squares to the left and press O

Play Against CPU Dan
Before you have reached stage 6, you must have done all of the following, without continuing:
1- Defeat an opponent within one minute in one round
2- Have at least one Super Combo
3- Have a maximum chain of 4 or more
4- You must have a maximum Power Gem of at least 20 units

Play Against CPU Devilot
Before you have reached stage 7, you must have done all of the following, without continuing:
1- Defeat an opponent within one minute in one round
2- Have at least one Super Combo
3- Have a maximum chain of 4 or more
4- You must have a maximum Power Gem of at least 20 units

Play As Akuma
For Player One: Put the cursor on Morrigan, hold SELECT and enter Down, Down, Down, Left, Left, Left, O
For Player Two: Put the cursor on Felicia, hold SELECT and enter Down, Down, Down, Right, Right, Right, O
Note: hidden characters are selectable in all modes except Street Puzzle Mode

Play As Anita
For Player One: Put the cursor on Morrigan, hold SELECT, move the cursor two squares to the right and press O
For Player Two: Put the cursor on Felicia, hold SELECT, move the cursor one square to the left and press O
Note: hidden characters are selectable in all modes except Street Puzzle Mode

Play As Dan
For Player One: Put the cursor on Morrigan, hold SELECT and enter Left, Left, Left, Down, Down, Down, O
For Player Two: Put the cursor on Felicia, hold SELECT and press Right, Right, Right, Down, Down, Down, O
Note: hidden characters are selectable in all modes except Street Puzzle Mode

Play As Devilot
For Player One: Put the cursor on Morrigan, hold SELECT and enter Left, Left, Left, Down, Down, Down, and when the timer reaches 10 seconds exactly, press O
For Player Two: Put the cursor on Felicia, hold SELECT and enter Right, Right, Right, Down, Down, Down, and when the timer reaches 10 seconds exactly press O
Note: hidden characters are selectable in all modes except Street Puzzle Mode

Play As Hsien-Ko's Sister
For Player One: Put the cursor on Morrigan, hold SELECT, move the cursor one square to the right and press O
For Player Two: Put the cursor on Felicia, hold SELECT, move the cursor two squares to the left and press O

Stage Select
After selecting your character, hold L2, R2, and SELECT, and choose your handicap. Then, while still holding L2, R2, and SELECT, press one of the following:

Donovan: O
Hsien-Ko: X
Sakura: Triangle
Felicia: Square
Akuma: L1
Devilot: R1
Morrigan: Up
Chun-Li: Down
Ryu: Left
Ken: Right
Dan: no button
