Alternate Hinata costume
Buy it from the shop. At the character select screen, highlight Hinata and press Start, then press any attack button

Alternate Kyoko costume
Buy it from the shop. At the character select screen, highlight Kyoko and press Start, then press any attack button

Alternate Natsu costume
Buy it from the shop. At the character select screen, highlight Natsu and press Start, then press any attack button

Alternate Tiffany costume
Buy it from the shop. At the character select screen, highlight Tiffany and press Start, then press any attack button

Bad ending
In arcade mode, beat stage 7, and finish both rounds with any move except a Teamup technique (note: not all characters have bad endings)

Good ending
In arcade mode, beat stage 7 and finish at least 1 round with a teamup technique. Proceed to beat stage 8

Other fighters' photo albums
In simulation mode, make any of the characters your best friend, then finish the simulation mode.

Raizo's photo album
Finish the simulation/character edit mode once

Sakura's photo album
Finish the simulation/character edit mode, and defeat Sakura 3 times in the process.
