At the player creation screen, enter "Scott Murray" or any other development team name (located in the back of the instruction manual) as a player name and hit 602 foot homeruns every time.

Instant homerun
Press X, Triangle, Circle, X(3) while batting.

Hints & Tips
Good pitches
Get a pitcher who has these pitch types:
1. Fastball
2. Slider
3. Curve Ball
4. Change Up

Some good pitches to right handers are the High Inside Change Up and the Inside Fastball. A good pitch for left handlers is the Low Outside Slider.

Strike every time while Pitching
Don't aim your pitch or anything, and when the ball gets almost to the batter press Start, the game will pause. Unpause it, this causes the batter to lock up and he doesn't swing at the pitch for this to work you have to do it every pitch its great for those 9th inning save attempts

Spring training stadiums
At the stadium selection screen in exhibition mode, move to the left or right until the spring training stadiums appear

Bloopers Video
When you turn on the game let it run through the introduction and the demo with out pressing any buttons. After the demo, the MLB 2001 screen will appear and after that the bloopers video will start
