Easy Money
Simply find an empty can and kick it into the nearest trash can.
Rapid Fire
Hold Square and rapidly press Forward. This is very helpful in acquiring the
Class S license, against the time consuming purple things. One disadvantage is
that you will have difficulty dodging against the fast ones. However, overall
this is very good against slow and immobile ones. You will not need to upgrade
your energy and rapid after learning this.
Easy Mission
On the first mission of the game can be very easy if you do it my way. My way is
when you start just die, and you will complete the mission
Getting the Jet Skates
Use the following trick to get the Jet Skates quickly. In the first ruin where
you have to save Joe, get the old hover jets. When you first go down, take the
path on the right, then go straight into the room. The jets should be in that
room. After you save Joe and go to the surface, go to the Junk Shop and buy the
Roller Board. Take this to Roll and she will make you the Jet Skates.
Easy Money
Once you have the Drill Arm go to Roll and have her equip it. Then, go to the
ruins on Manda Island. Find the first drillable wall and destroy it. Next, keep
going forward and you will enter a room containing a large golden bird object.
Destroy it to earn 6,500 zenny. Exit the room through the door at the end. Come
back in the room and it will still be there. Repeat this as many times as
needed.
Rude Megaman
On Calbania Island, punch the Pig
as a long as it is completely black. Megaman is now black, too. The people will
now be rude against Megaman.
Infinite Zenny
Go to the snow village and look for the two trash cans. Each of the trash cans
have a can that can be kicked into them. One of them is 200 while the other one
gets you 1000. Be careful though because you have to wait for the message to disappear
or else you don't get your money.
Get 300,000 Zenny
First go to the Saul Kada ruins, go around where there is a man standing who
sells things. Buy the reaverbot eye which cost 100,000 Zenny. After purchasing
it, got back to the Yosyonke town. Go over the junk shop, go to the back door,
where the store owner is, and sell it!!! Bid for 300,000 only or sell it only
for 10,000 Zenny.
Ultra Hard Mode
Get the S-Class license and beat the game by using it to get the ultra hard
mode
Peeping Megaman
Buy all the stuff for Roll. After you have given the last gift, Roll will take a
bath. Go down to the bathroom and enter. Roll will
scream "What are you doing". Then Megaman will do his victory stance.
WAIT THAT'S NOT ALL!! Now go to Roll's room and read her diary. A new one is
written about the incident.
Megaman Legends music
Go to the Manda Island ruins (not caverns) to hear
music from the original Megaman Legends ruins. For music from the
Sub-Cities go to the Digout in Nino Island and enter the elevator.
Side roll
Press R1 + Jump to roll to the right or L2 + Jump to
roll to the left. This is the most useful way to evade an enemy's attack.
Extra difficulty settings
Successfully complete and save the game. Return to
the main menu, choose the "Game Start" option and all difficulty
settings will be now selectable. Here is what you receive for the difficulty
setting you choose to start a new game with:
Easy
Receive more Zenny from defeated enemies, enemies are
easy to defeat, start with a Buster Part Accessory Pack Omega, and start with
a Class C License (you can still enter any of the ruins).
Normal
This is the mode you play for the first time before
unlocking the other difficulty settings. You start with a Class B License.
Hard
Receive less Zenny from defeated enemies, enemies are
difficult to defeat, and start with a Class S License.
Very Hard
Enemies are very difficult to defeat and start with a
Class SS License.
Hint
After you defeat Diesel Bonne in Saul Kuda,
there is a secret man behind one of the corner blocks. If you find him, he
will give you a necessary component for the laser which is used at the end of
the game. But he won't give it to you unless you're bad enough
