Enter "2GSH" as a player name to unlock all characters, courses, balls, clubs, goodies, and the "Top-Pro" level. With the "Top-Pro" status, it also unlocks difficulties

Secret Characters
To get the secret characters simply beat them in vs. mode.  You will get Sweet Tooth from Twisted Metal, Gex, and Daniel from MediEvil

Reset game while playing
Press L1 + R1 + L2 + R2 + Start + Select during game play.

Easy win in vs. mode
Begin game play in versus mode, either win or tie the first hole, then save the game. Play the next hole. If your opponent defeats you, go back to the saved game. If you win or draw, save the game again. Repeat this on every hole to ensure an easy victory.

More Secret Characters
After you get Gex, the game will ask you to go back to Vs. mode and there will be 13 more secret characters!  These are only the characters from the first Hot Shots Golf, but it's still good to get more characters!

Easy 18 hole victory
You just start the first hole and if you you win or tie than save the game. The next hole do the same thing and if you win or tie than save it again...... Next maybe you  lose, then go back to the saved game and start on that hole again, it will work for you.

Taunts
In two player mode when another golfer is playing hit the D-Pad or Circle + X + Triangle + Square

Japanese Golfers
At the character select screen you must choose the correct shirt color for your golfer while inputting this code. Hold down SELECT on the correct color and hold down TRIANGLE then hit X. If done correctly you will now see the Japanese character instead of the regular one. –This is only for Stroke or Match play and you must either have completed VS. mode or used the 2GSH code for this to work.
