At the game mode selection screen, hold Triangle and quickly press R1 + L2 + R2, R2, L2, R1 on controller two. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of an explosion. Alternatively, use controller two at the game mode selection screen. Hold Triangle, then hold L2+ R1 + R2. Release L2+ R1 + R2, then press R2, L2, R1 while still holding Triangle.

Destroy the displays on the left wall at the shopping mall in the Metro City level, then complete the track before time runs out.

Exceed 144 mph at the speed checkpoint on the Seaside track.
