Beat the game once and you get infinite items as well as all talismans, runes, weapons, spells, shields. But you don't get infinite life. But you do get infinite mana.

Receive 3 gold and a healing potion
On the first mission when in the room with the dead guy you will receive 3 gold and a healing potion this is the room with the gated door after the first gated door after the fire pit so after getting the gold and potion go back to the first gated door room then return to the second one there will be 3 more gold and a potion do this for up to 50 potions and as much gold as you want.
