Cheat mode
At the title screen, hold L1 and press Triangle, Left(2), Right, Square, Up(2), Left, Circle.
Then while playing a game, press L2 + R2 to display a cheat menu. 

Infinite lives
At the title screen, hold L1 and press Circle, Down, Left, Up, Right, Triangle, Down.

Infinite crystals
At the title screen, hold L1 and press Square(2), Circle, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right. Begin a game, then hold R2 and press Square during the game to add one hundred crystals to your inventory; repeat this to add an unlimited amount of crystals to your inventory.

Win the Boat Race
Go into the boat race and then when you start to see the waterfall turn into and come out in front. Doing so twice should get you the win first time

100 Crystals - 1st Level.
On the 1st level, strait away go across to the trampoline, and do a triple jump on it and you'll instantly get 100 Crystals.( To buy orange jelly jump for 1st Level , you can only use this once .)
