Random Character Select
At the Character Select screen, just press and hold L1 + L2 + R2 + R1

Extra Characters Moves
For some characters if you press L1+L2+R1+R2+select then they should perform a secret move.

Play as Sho
Beat the game on hard with one of the hidden characters that you get when you beat the game with a regular character you will be able to play as Sho.

Reload with Nagisa, Adam or Vermillion
To reload with Nagisa, Adam or Vermillion use the select button when the clip shown above the overdrive bar is empty in Nagisa's case or shows empty slots for Adam or Verm.  The select button also fires David's pistol. The select button also taunts.
