Gon (the easy way)
Go to list in survivor or time attack. Type G O N as your name. There will be a left and right arrows at the fighter select to confirm.

Secret record mode
Go to practice mode and choose 1P Freestyle. Then on the sub-menu, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and press Circle. This will take you to the fighting screen where you can use Down and Select to record and playback any moves that you do.

Dr. B's Hidden special move
When you are using Dr. B, press the left arrow button and X + O Simultaneously. Then as he does the little charge thingy, press up and square, and that is his special move. It takes off at least 50 hp.

Level replay
In VS mode choose characters and start the match. Play all rounds until one of you win the whole match. Then again select characters, other this time, and press & hold LK (left kick) or RK (right kick), before the loading screen appear. The game will load on previous P1 character's level. Note that after using this trick all following matches will be loaded on this level. To return to normal level load reperform this trick or exit and again enter the mode. Submitted by Roger

Secret intro
After the intro with Heichi, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 at the screen that says NAMCO the second time.

Easy Wins
If you want make the game easy just use kicks.

Tekken ball mode will be extracted
Go to Tekken Force Mode and beat it three times with True Ogre. When you have beaten Dr. Boskonivich Tekken ball mode will be extracted. Submitted by Ewan

Alternate winning poses
To view your character's alternate winning pose, hold down one of the kick buttons, during the replay of your win. To view your character's regular winning pose, hold down one of the punch buttons, during the replay of your win. Make sure you hold the button down during the whole replay. Note: Not all character's have an alternate winning pose.

Lei's gun
When you have finished to play the time attack mode you press up, up, left, left, down, down, right, right then you will hear a sound. then you go to arcard mode and you will see that he has the gun. Submitted by Steven

Beat arcade mode with one character.

Play as Juila

Play as Gun Jack
Beat arcade mode with three characters.

Play as Gon
Beat arcade mode using Doctor Boskonovitch. Then at the arcade mode screen, press the D-pad off either side of the character selection screen. Another way to play as Gon is to defeat him in "Ball mode".

Play as Gon and Dr. B...method 2
If you can't beat ball mode or force mode or just don't have the time, here is an easy way to get them. Set the game on easy and one round and infinite time. Play the arcade mode and or the forth, fifth, sixth, and seventh round let the enemy take all but 5 percent of your health then kill him. If you did it right you will here the anouncer say "great" on the next round you will fight Gon or Dr. B. Kill them by using sweeps or anything else and they are yours.

Play as Gon...method 3
Instead of beating the game with everybody to get Gon just beat the game with the original characters until you get Tekken Ball Mode. USE KING BEFORE ANYONE ELSE to fight in ball mode. if you used king first Gon will be your opponent. Beat him and he's yours.

Fight as Disco Gon
Fight as Gon ten times through the game, then complete Tekken Force Mode four times. Fight as Gon ten times through the game again. If done correctly, Gon will have an afro.

Fight as Doctor Boskonovitch
Select Tekken Force Mode from the main menu. Your first goal is to fight Heihachi's "Tekken Forces" all the way to the Mishima Fortress, where you will hopefully get to fight Heihachi Mishima and defeat him. When you have accomplished this, you will get a copper key. Do this three more times to get the silver and gold keys. The third time you defeat Heihachi, a message saying "Final Stage Challenge" should appear on the screen. You will then go to the Underground stage where you must fight the Doctor. Not only is he very tricky, but the 60 second time limit makes him even harder to beat. Defeat him to unlock him in arcade mode and the Underground stage.

Complete Tekken Force Mode four times and defeat him at the final stage. He will be playable in all modes including arcade mode.

Fight as Queen Nina
To unlock an extra powerful version of Nina, unlock Doctor Boskonovitch, fight with Nina 500 times. Check this by using the character usage data chart under records in option mode. Then, use King in Tekken Force Mode under the hard difficulty setting. Get to the Darkness stage (Stage 3) and defeat the Boss, which will be Queen Nina. It seems that she can read your mind because she avoids many of your attacks. She will, in some respects, be harder than the final stage (Doctor B.) which makes her extremely difficult to defeat. If you manage to win the battle, continue and complete Tekken Force Mode. Nothing extra will come up on the Tekken Force results screen, but you will find Nina's character Usage Data very hard to beat. Also, Nina will take off a slightly larger amount of energy when fighting against opponents. It is vital you save your progress onto a memory card.

Beach ball mini-game
View all ten base characters endings to enable the "Ball Mode" option.

Theatre mode
Unlock all character, including Panda, Tiger, Doctor Boskonovitch, and Gon, and view their endings. The "Disc" and "Sound" options under "Theatre Mode" will now be available.

Alternate introduction sequence
Beat the game with the ten base characters to view an alternate introduction featuring the characters in their two-player mode costumes. For another alternate introduction, beat the game with all characters including the secret characters.

Alternate costumes
Play as one of the following character the indicated number of times. Then, highlight that fighter on the character selection screen and press Start: Xiaoyu's (50 times), Jin (50 times), Anna (25 times), Gunjack (10 times).

Xaioyu and Jin's school outfits
To play as Jin or Xaioyu in any mode (in their school outfits), highlight character and hold L1, L2, R1, R2 and Start until time runs out.

Schoolgirl Uniforms
To unlock schoolgirl uniforms for Xiaou and Jin, play as either 50 times apiece. Press START at the select screen to switch into the uniform.

Replay Mode
Go to Practice, then go to the Freestyle Menu. Press R1+R2+L1+L2+Circle for Recorder Mode (if you did it right, you should see a message on the screen). This lets you save and replay moves in practice mode.

GON and Dr. B  Made Easy
If you can't beat ball mode or force mode or just don't have the time, her is an easy way to get them. Set the game on easy and one round and infinite time. Gun Jack's Extended Ending
After you receive Gun Jack's old suit. beat the game in the suit to receive the extended ending.

Quick Winning with Gon and Julia
If you have a turbo controller you can pull off this trick. All you have to do is pick either Gon or Julia and then turn turbo on and hold the CIRCLE button. Watch the wins roll in!

Random Team Battle
Choose the number of players you wish in Team Battle, then press START without choosing any fighters. The computer will make the selection for you.

School Uniforms For Jin And Xiaou
To unlock the school uniform for Jin and Xiaou, play as Jin and Xiaou 50 times each and then use start to select them.

Tekken Ball Mode
To access Tekken Ball mode, beat the game with all regular characters.

Another method to get Gon
Instead of beating the game with everybody to get Gon just beat the game with the original characters until you get Tekken Ball Mode. USE KING BEFORE ANYONE ELSE to fight in ball mode. if you used king first Gon will be your opponent. Beat him and he's yours

Beat Dr. B
Jump all the way back to the edge of the screen. Dr. B. will automatically start losing power. Keep on doing this continuously and he will be finished in seconds

Combo Recording
Go to practice mode and choose Freestyle. At the freestyle options screen, press L1, L2, R1, R2 and CIRCLE then press DOWN and SELECT to record a combo or to replay one.

Easy Win with Yoshimitsu
For a easy win with Yoshimitsu, perform his SHARK ATTACK blow at the beginning of each round. This should take away all of your opponent's power early in one shot.

Instant Replays in Practice Mode
From the main screen enter Practice Mode.  Choose your characters, and start a 1P Freestyle game.  When the 1P Freestyle menu pops up (before the fight begins) press L1, L2, R1, R2, and Circle all at the same time.  Start the battle as normal, and at the bottom of the screen will be the commands, involving Select.

Easy win in Tekken Force mode
Get Gon, and then do the following: Go to Tekken Force mode then soon as the game starts walk a little bit till you see a person then hit the circle key on the controller as fast as you can. Gon will start spinning toward the opponent on Tekken force soon as you knock down that person you will head toward the next one and so on throughout the game and it makes it an easy win with time to spare

Hint
These won't help a bit but it's worth it, you must have a turbo remote to do this. With Xiayu press x + circle + triangle. There is  another one, triangle + x + square. Submitted by Angel

Jack's Tank Top
To get Jack's tank top outfit, play as him 10 times, then select him with the START button.

Make MokuJin Sound Like a Wooden Block
On MokuJin's Pic, hold DOWN until the match begins.

Memory Card Cheat Leader
If you are using a memory card to store your status and you're trying to unlock all the cheats, it'll help you out.  Turn on the Playstation with no game inside, and your memory card in.  Then go to the memory card option.  Select "copy" (not "delete" just to avoid any accidents) and then point the cursor at your memory block for Tekken 3.

The name of the file will read one of the following:
# Characters Left!! - Tells how many secret characters have not been gotten yet, excluding Gon and Doctor B
Tekken Ball Unlocked!! - Tells when Tekken Ball option becomes selectable
Play Tekken Force!! - Tells when Gon is gotten, and Doctor B is not
Use [Character's Name]!! - Displays name for one of the characters with a third outfit that has not been gotten
New Battles Await!! - This will appear after all of the above cheats have been obtained and saved

Celebrations
When you win a fight and watch the replay you watch your character perform one of two personal celebrations, right? Wrong! When KO/Perfect comes up push any one of the limb buttons and hold it until the replay ends to determine how your fighter celebrates! The kick buttons represent the two celebrations that you cannot see without this cheat

Enter arcade mode and play as Heihachi Mishima from the Stage 9 Boss Stage (if available). Reach Stage 9, and because you are Heihachi, you will fight Jin.
