Street Fighter Alpha 3

Note: This game is also titled Street Fighter Zero 3.

Enable Guile:
Reach at least level 30 in World Tour Mode by the time you reach the last boss. After you beat him, you'll fight on three extra stages. First beat Guile to enable him as a playable character. 

Enable Evil Ryu:
After beating Guile, you'll face Evil Ryu. Beat him to make him playable. 

Enable Shin Akuma:
After Evil Ryu, the final battle will be against Shin Akuma. Beat him to enable him as a playable character. To choose him, hold L2 while choosing Akuma at the Character Select screen.

Dramatic and Final Battle mode
Beat Arcade mode on difficulty level 8.

Fight Super Akuma in Final Battle mode
Select Final Battle mode. Then, select a character and hold L1 + L2 before the versus screen appears.

Bonus modes
Beat Dramatic Battle mode with Ryu/Ken and Juni/Jill to unlock two bonus modes.

Classical mode
Accumulate three hours of game play on the timer in the options menu. Then at the character selection screen, highlight a character and press Select to play the classic version of their character.

Saikyo (low guard meter) mode
Accumulate four hours of game play on the timer in the options menu. Note: Saikyo Karin does not have the ability to do a 99% throw. Alternatively, beat arcade mode on difficulty level 7.

Maji (LO) mode
Accumulate five hours of game play on the timer in the options menu. Alternatively, beat arcade mode on difficulty level 7.

All modes
Accumulate ninety-six hours of game play on the timer in the options menu to unlock all modes.

Survival Mode and Team Battle: 
Beat World Tour Mode at least once to open up Survival Mode and Team Battle. 

Alternate introduction sequence
Accumulate forty-eight hours of game play on the timer in the options menu. Then, instead of showing the arcade characters, the opening sequence will shows all the new characters (including Guile and Evil Ryu). Alternatively, unlock all character endings including the bonus characters. 

Alternate Balrog
Beat World Tour mode without unlocking Evil Ryu or Guile. Then at the character selection screen in any mode, highlight Balrog, hold L2 and press any button.

Time-activated Cheats
To unlock a time activated, the game must be running for the indicated hours.

• All modes -- 96 hours

• Alternate opening sequence -- 48 hours

• Classic character mode -- 3 hours

• Low guard mode (Saikyo) -- 4 hours

• Low guard mode (Maji) -- 5 hours

Shin Akuma's Super Cheap Combo
First go to world tour mode and earn Shin Akuma to level 32. On the setup screen, make his power to +4 and defense to -4. Then choose the "Gauge Plus" and " Super Alpha Cancel". Now save and enter you fighter in Entry Mode. When you battle, in different modes, choose Shin Akuma and follow the bellow:
(all combo below can kill your enemy)
11 hits: Do a upper cut with HP, while in the middle of the combo, do his "Super air fire ball combo" (Tenma Gou Zanku).
15 hits: Do a hurricane kick with HK, it will lift your enemy into the air, then do a upper cut with HP, while in the air do the "Super air fire ball combo"( Tenma Gou Zanku).
19 hits: Do two HK hurricane kick, when enemy is in air do a upper cut with HP,while in air do the " Super air fire ball combo" (Tenma Gou Zanku).

Play as Evil Ryu, Evil Ken, and Super Cody
To play as Evil Ryu, Evil Ken and Super Cody, press L1,L2,R1,R2 then press start to select them.

(NOTE: We're not sure where to enter this code, best bet would be the title screen)

A Key to Software Localization
Depending upon whether the title was produced for the domestic (Japanese) market or a foreign one, some characters assume different names.
