Complete Garuda's combo set. If done correctly, a message will appear.

Complete Shadow Geist's combo set. If done correctly, a message will appear.
Play as Hayate
Complete Kairi's combo set. If done correctly, a message will appear.
Play as Garuda
Complete all combo sets up to Vega/M. Bison. Then, advance through Vega's/M. Bison's combo set until a message
that states that a hidden character has been enabled appears.
Maniac mode
Highlight the "Practice" option at the main
menu and press Start five times. Highlight the "Arcade" option at the
main menu and press Start five times. Highlight the "Versus" option at
the main menu and press Start three times. Highlight the "Option"
option at the main menu and press Start. Highlight the "Bonus" option
at the main menu and press Start. Highlight the "Practice" option at
the main menu and press Start four times. Proceed to each menu option directly
without going through an option that is not part of the code. Or, complete
Vega's/M. Bison's combo set to unlock the "Maniac mode" option on the
practice menu.
Maniac mode
Complete Vega's/M. Bison's combo set to unlock the "Maniac mode"
option on the practice menu. If done correctly, a message will appear.
Samples in maniac mode
At the main menu, highlight the "Practice"
selection and press Select, Down, Select, Left, Select, Up, Select, Up,
Select, Right, Select, Up, Select, Left, Select, Up, Select, Right, Select to
unlock samples in maniac mode.
Vs. Bison 2 bonus game
At the main menu, highlight the "Bonus"
selection and press Select(13), Up, Select(4), Down, Select(13). -
Excel and Satellite bonus games
At the main menu, highlight the "Bonus"
selection and press Select(5), Right, Select(3), Left, Select, Right,
Select(2) to unlock the Excel and Satellite bonus games.
EX menu
Highlight the "Options" selection at the main
menu, then hold Select and press Start
Extra bonus game modes
Complete Hayate's combo set. If done correctly, a message will appear. Then an
"Extra Bonus Game Mode" option will be unlocked with arcade mode, excel break and satellite fall.
Unlock all hidden characters
Highlight the "Bonus" selection at the main menu and press Start
twice. Highlight the "Director" option at the main menu and press
Start four times. Highlight the "Practice" option at the main menu and
press Start. Highlight the "Arcade" option at the main menu and press
Start five times. Garuda, Shadow Geist, Kairi, and Hayate will be unlocked.
Proceed to each menu option directly without going through a option that is not
part of the code.

Highlight the "Bonus" option at the main menu and press Start five
times. Highlight the "Option" option at the main menu and press Start
three times. Highlight the "Versus" option at the main menu and press
Start. Highlight the "Director" option at the main menu and press
Start twice. Proceed to each menu selection directly without going through an
option that is not part of the code
Play as all Bosses, and a bonus
game
In the first two fights you have to earn 200,000 points or more. You have to
beat the first bonus game and when you do it you see the words "here comes
a new challenger". You will fight Kairi. Beat him executing a excel and
when you do it you will see again the words "here comes a new
challenger" but this time it is Shadow Geist. Beat him and then do the
other bonus game which let you have 20 seconds with a full super bar. Then beat
Garuda and Sagat. When you are fighting Bison (Vega) beat him with a super move.
You will then fight Bison II and if you beat him you will have all bosses (Garuda,
Shadow Geist, Kairi and Bison II ), and a bonus game which let you fight against
Bison II

times. Highlight the "Director" option at the main menu and press

through an option that is not part of the code.
Unlock versus Bison Bonus game
To unlock the vs. Bison bonus, go to the main menu. Then highlight Bonus and
press Select 13 times, highlight Director press Select four times, finally
highlight Bonus press Select 13 more times
Extra bonus game modes
Complete Hayate's combo set. An "Extra Bonus Game
Mode" option will be unlocked with arcade mode, excel break and satellite fall.
