Cheat mode
At the main menu, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + R3 + Down
for fifteen seconds to unlock all levels and a cheat menu at the pause screen.
The cheat option includes options for "Infinite Armor", "Big Head", "Top
Camera", "Low Friction", "Fly Mode", and "Torch".
