Unlock 320 cars in 10 seconds
To unlock all 320 cars in 10 seconds, simply go to grand prix mode, when in the middle of
the first race press Start, and press Square, Square, Square, Circle, Circle, Circle,
Circle, Triangle, Triangle
All Cars
After racing to the half way point in the
first Gran Prix mode race, pause the game and press Square, Square, Square,
Circle, Circle, Circle, Circle, Triangle, Triangle. In the Japanese version
press Triangle, Triangle, triangle, Circle, Circle, Circle, Circle, Square, Sqare
Bonus vehicles
Unlock all 320 cars in the game. Then the Pac-Man character,
which can run at 252 km/h, and the Sony Eat'em Up car will be selectable in time attack
mode.
Bonus tracks, cars, and music (Ridge Racer High Spec
Demo)
Finish in first place in all time trial tracks and
beat the time in all time attack tracks to unlock four reversed tracks, eight
new cars, and a bonus song. This will also unlock another ending after the
replay and other music
Turbo Mode
During the game press L2 + R2
Extra Trial Mode
Beat the Gran Prix mode to get Extra Trial mode which unlocks 16 cars
Rage Racer information
Use a memory card with a saved game file from
Rage Racer to place your old team information on the cars in
Four player mode
Connect two PlayStations via a link cable. Then a "Link
Battle" mode that allows a simultaneous four player game will appear.
