Access Hidden Character Mizoguchi
At title screen, input U, D, L, R, D, U, R, L, L2, R2. This will unlock the
ultra hidden character Mizoguchi. To find this code, beat the game with
each character (in order from top to bottom) without continuing. Mizoguchi is
only playable in Versus Mode.
