To get Arcade Mode
Press Select, Start, Select, Select, Start, Select, Select, Select, Start,
Select, Select, Select, Select, Star...at the main menu. The "Arcade
mode" text will appear to confirm the codes. All secret areas from the
arcade version of the game will now be available
