Always Hit Home Runs
Go to create a player. Name your guy first name B and last name B. Then trade him to a team. When he is up to bat, his name is Mark Meniham and he will always hit homeruns.

Super player:
Go to create player. Select Pitcher slot. Enter "REX" as the first name and "BACA" as the last name. This guy will hit a homerun every time and pitch amazingly hard.

Super batter
Use the player creation option to create a new pitcher. Enter B as the first name and B as the last name. Name your guy first name B and last name B. This player will hit a home run with every successful hit.
