Euro and World All-Star teams
Win the International Cup.

Euro and World Classic teams
Complete the game in league mode.

Unlimited Master League players
When you buy an edited player in Master League, you can delete him from the Option File. He will still be in your Master League team but will no longer take up space in your Option File. You can therefore create an unlimited amount of players for Master League, despite there being only 22 slots in the Option File.

All Star Team:
Press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right to unlock all-star teams in cup mode.

Bonus Teams:
Beat the game with all the leagues and cups, while playing on the hard difficulty setting. The European All-Star Team, World All-Star Team, Classic European All-Star Team, and Classic World All-Star Team will be unlocked. Beat Olympic mode with Japan to unlock the All Golden Japan team.

Bonus Cup:
Win all the normal cups tounlock a bonus cup.

Bonus Stadium
Win the Konami Cup under any difficulty setting to unlock the Clubhouse stadium in exhibition mode.

Listen to the Commentary in Training Mode:
If you are tired of listening to the always repeated drums in training mode, pause game play. Select "Audio Settings" and turn off the play-by-play option. Resume the game, then pause again. Select "Audio Settings" and turn on play-by-play. Return to the game and you will hear Jonh Kabira.

Cheats:
Hold L1 and press the following to do a move:

1-2 Pass:
Press X.

Volley over goal keeper (Use when keeper is good distance away from his goal)
Press Square.

High Pass to Player In Front of You:
Press Triangle.

Plays a 1-2, But the 1st Pass is on the Ground while the Second is High:
Press Circle.

Do a Fake:
Press the square button followed directly by the X button to do a fake shot.

*Note: Buttons are according to default key config.

**Note: Since this is a translation of the Japanese game, those moves will work just as well with Winning Eleven 2000 (The Japanese game).

Another tip, beat International Cup mode to unlock World All Stars and Europe All Stars.
One more thing for fun, the game wasn't very well translated and you'll find some spelling mistakes, for example, when you get qualified to Master League's division 2, it will say that you are qualified to dividion 2
