Infinite power and health
At tile screen press Triangle ,X, Triangle, X, Triangle, Triangle, Square, Square

To get the 6 Super Saiyans
Press the following at the title screen: Right, Left, Down, Up, Right, Left, Down, Up. You should hear a sound if you did it right. Now you have the 6 hidden characters.

To get Super Saiyan 4 Goku
After entering the code above, press the following at the title screen - Triangle (10 times), Square (9 times). For Japanese version, press Triangle (5 times), Square (9 times). You will hear a ring. When you go to the player select, he will be selectable.

Be Super Bebi
At the character select screen press Select, Square

Baby
You can use baby by beating the game with vigerta about 6-7 times then you use all the character including gotenk and other beating it 1 time each. After you finish go to vs com and you can select baby. Submitted by The Dude

3D dodging
When an enemy uses a large attack at close range just hold R1 and press down, doesn't matter what side you are on you will quickly move to the Right and Completely doge the attack, and this also leaves the Opponent open.

Wire Frame Mode
Hold Select while choosing your character. Keep holding it until the match starts to activate wire frames.

Play as Gotenks
Beat the game nine times using Trunks on the hardest difficulty level without using any continues. Note: The game may be saved and resumed at any time during this process. Save the game after the ninth completion. Highlight Trunks on the character selection screen and press Select(9). Gotenks will appear in place of Trunks. Save the game to avoid repeating the code.

Super fire combo
With Pan, make the little fire attack (Down+ square), BEFORE the fire disappears make the punch combo (Down, forward+ square), and you're making the most powerful combo in the game.

Play as Kremlin
Beat the game with Uubu twice with on hard and then press triangle 5x then circle

Play as Ubuu
First, put the skill level on hard. Get Super Saiya-Jin Goku Level 4 and the rest of the hidden characters. This includes Gotenks. Note -- You cannot lose a match and you need near perfect when getting all the hidden characters. Once done, beat the game on hard 7 times with Majin Buu a.k.a. Original Buu. You need a near perfect doing this and no losses. After that's done, beat the game 15 times on hard with Pan. You also need a near perfect and no losses here too. Beat the game 6 more times with Chibi Goku with a near perfect and no losses. 8 more times with SSJ to the 4th power Goku. You also need no losses and near perfect every match here too. Finally beat the game 3 times on easy with Majin Buu. On the third time you need to continue 4 times by losing to your first round opponent. And get a perfect on every one after that. Except for when you fight Super Baby. You need to half your life bar at 1/4 the way, and finish Super Baby with a strong 'Ki Attack' (or in other words ---- a strong knockout ki blast.' i.e. Goku's "Chou Kamehameha," but for Buu! After that, go to the character selection screen and highlight Majin Buu. When you do that, press the select button 15 times and Ubuu will appear.

Power Struggle
When your opponent does the fireball press triangle , circle, and square repeatedly fast. then right in the middle of your opponent's fireball you will do the fireball back and as you are doing the fireball, press square a lot of times and you will hit your opponent or he will still hit you if you do not press fast enough

Self Destruct
While playing as vegeta or majin boo, press forward, back, down, up and the fireball button (default is triangle) to perform a self-destruct. this does massive damage to your opponent if it connects and takes away about half of your Ki power

Sound Test
At the Title screen, press L1, L2, R1, R2, Start. Now press Select after choosing a song to see the lyrics and more information.

Alternate costumes
Select 2 player or Training mode and press Square + X + Circle when selecting a fighter.

Level 5 Goku

To be super saiyan level 5 goku you must beat the game with all of the goku's and goku level 4. do this in order like goku,goku2 and so on then save your game now when you pick goku he will be super saiyan goku level 5.

Goku's Spirit Bomb
To use the spirit bomb chose regular Goku and go into battle. Press: Forward, Back, Down, Up, then Triangle. Goku will hold his hands over his head and charge up. This will take up half your ki power and only hurts bad guys (Piccolo but not Vegeta.

Play as Bebi Vagita (the Final Boss)
To play as Super Bebi, hold Select and press Square at the character select screen, and hold until the match begins. When the match starts, you should be playing as Super Bebi.

Play as Gogeta (Goku and Vegeta fused)
To play as Gogeta you must beat the game on hard 20 times. After that, Gogeta should become a playable character.

Play as Gotenks (Goten and Trunks fused)
Beat the game 9 times on hard with regular trunks without continuing and go to the character select screen. Highlight Trunks and press select 9 times. Gotenks will then appear. When the match starts there should be a clip of Trunks and Goten fusing to become Gotenks

Play as SS4 Goku
At the title screen where Goku appears press the triangle button 5 times and the X button 9 times this WILL work on American versions

Play as SS4 Goku in the American Version
At the title screen, press Triangle 5 times and Square 9 times

Play as SSJ4 Son Gokuh
To unlock SSJ4 Son Gokuh, at title screen press triangle 5 times and X nine times.

Play as Super Saiyajin 4
To get SSJ4 Goku for the Japanese version of GT, at the tital screen (the screen where is says Dragon Ball Final Bout with Goku standing there) press TRIANGLE 5 TIMES, THEN PRESS X 9 TIMES. If you did it right you should hear a ring confirming you did the code right

Unlock all characters except the final boss (Japanese Version)
At the title screen press: Right, Left, Down, Up, Right, Left, Down, Up. If done correctly you will hear a sound. Then press triangle 9 times and X 11 times after that you will hear the same sound

Do the Spirit Bomb (Henkidama)
You must have Normal Goku and by normal I mean not Super Saiyan. Hit Forward, Back, Down, Up, Triangle slowly.

Play as Yamcha

Do a Crossfire
To do a crossfire do a beam while the enemy does theirs. Submitted by Kenny Ong

Gotenks Special Move
After you have retrieved Gotenks, press F,B,D,U Triangle. He will lift one hand up, load a giant ball and he will start to throw the ball but it will turn into a beam. This is counter able.
NOTE: This is only in the Japanese version.

Hints
To Play as super Bebi (the huge ape guy that you have to beat to win the game in the end) Go To the character select screen. Highlight your character and press and hold select and square. Press O to select character and hold it select and square until the level starts. when level starts you should be playing as super Bebi. P.S. I am fully Confident that this code works because I have tested it numerous times and if you have any questions e-mail me. Also this code only works in the American version of the game.

Goku's Special Move
Move to the left side of the screen and press left, down, right, triangle.

Do the Spirit Bomb(Henkidama)

Majin Boo Super Punch
Majin Boo will swing his arm around and make his fist huge then pack a wallop if you press Left, Down, Right, Square not to fast.
NOTE: If you press Left, Down, Right, Triangle, you can use any characters mega attack.

Unlock Brolly
to unlock brolly you must beat the game with every character except you don't need Gotenks because he is not in the game. set it on hard and every time you must go without dying and when you reach Bebi do not get hurt over an inch or so then you will be able to fight super Saiyan four Goku and do this with the first character you pick. Don't do codes beat the game to unlock characters. when you are done beating the game after the fmv at the title screen press triangle 10 circle 5 x five and last square 10. you will hear a beep then do the sound test cheat and set all of them to 12 being the last number now you will unlock new music and brolly. Get Supersaiyan Gohan
To get Gohan in Supersaiyan mode u must be normal Goku on arcade mode on hard mode and complete it 7 times after that go through it with Gohan . At the last level when you face super baby Gohan will turn super Saiyan. he will be in the character selection screen. Submitted by Joe King

Cheat
Use trunk's sword: highlight super Saiyan trunks &hold down L2andL1 and select him then when the game start the game trunks should be holding his sword to use it press square leading you to your victory note (you must get Gogeta to do this code). Submitted by karl

GAMESHARK /P1. To fight as babi enter code 8003bca4oo11, go to any mode except build up and you will see a "P" at the bottom left corner don't do any thing just press circle and you will be fighting as babi [NOTE] you wont be able to pick any other characters just babi so think carefully.
